设计说明 REVIEW

在了解到我们一些设计逻辑，美女业主在第一次见面下就确定了合作意向，接下来的事当然也就顺理成章了。在效果图汇报后业主说就照图纸落实，非得要找个毛病的话就是能不能少点射灯。本来只做纯设计的情况下，看了我们的细化图纸，设计细节很到位，最后决定施工一起委托给我们。

       业主注重生活品质感，对家里的每一件家具细节都要亲自把控体会，全屋家具基本都选用了FENDI,这个时尚品牌。经过两个月的深入交流，探讨方案，与业主达成意见一致，顺利的落实了设计方案，进入到施工阶段。

 In the understanding of some of our design logic, beauty owners in the first meeting on the determination of cooperation intention, the next thing is of course natural. After effect drawing reports, the owner says according to the drawing implementation, must look for a fault word is to be able to spot the light less. After looking at our plan drawings, I felt that the details were in place. Originally, we only did pure design. Later, We chose to do it together with the construction, and we highly recognized and trusted the designer.

      The owner pays attention to the texture of life, and controls the details of every piece of furniture in the home. Basically, FENDI, this fashion brand, has been selected for the whole house furniture. After two months of in-depth communication, we discussed the scheme, reached a consensus with the owner, and successfully implemented the design scheme, and entered the construction stage.

门厅 The hall

       这栋别墅整体由金属色、乳白色、奢石几个元素构成，淡雅的色调，打造轻奢的高级质感，以及在视觉上给人一种精致和奢华的现代体验。设计师突破传统设计却不丢失其灵魂，秉承理念，尊重美学规律，呈现出当代设计美学。玄关处设置的两个人形摆件，打破了空间的沉闷，赋予了灵魂。

      The whole villa is composed of metal color, ivory color and luxury stone. The elegant tone creates a light luxury high quality, and visually gives people a delicate and luxurious modern experience. Designers break through the traditional design without losing their soul. Adhering to the concept and respecting the law of aesthetics, designers present the law of contemporary aesthetics.

客厅 SITTING ROOM

       设计师将整个公共区域，餐厅和客厅融合在一起。为了让室内有自然光进入，墙面开凿了整面落地窗，又运用轻奢的元素，设计了富有当代造型的金属拱形门洞，使整个公共区域简约却又不失细节，在这里可以享受最良好的采光和通风。

     The designers integrated the entire communal area, dining room and living room together. In order to allow natural light to enter the room, the whole floor window was cut into the wall, and the light and luxurious elements were used to create a metal arched door full of contemporary shapes, making the public area simple but not simple, enjoying the best lighting and ventilation. 

地下室 BASEMENT

       设计师与业主深入沟通后，去掉了传统别墅地下室不必要的功能。集聚会、品酒、娱乐、打游戏为一体的公共休闲区域。设计师打造出一条红酒架走廊，运用灯光、玻璃与金属材质，延伸了空间，增加视觉感官。

       After in-depth communication with the owner, the designer removed the unnecessary functions in the basement of the traditional villa. A public area for gathering, wine tasting, entertainment and playing games. Using light, glass and metal, the designer created a flaunt wealth corridor to give the basement, which was only 2.5m high, a hotel atmosphere.

主卧室 The master bedroom

       卧室作为长期休息的私密区域，它应该具有安静，温馨的特点，设计师大量采用黄调、灰调，结合金属线条，营造出休息区域的静谧。

       主卧室是与衣帽间，卫生间结合设计在一起的，开放式的设计，使空间开阔有延展性。用当代流行的手法，对称使用夹丝玻璃移门来区分出卫生间。卫生间也是紧跟现在流行趋势，整体采用大理石铺设，塑造了丰富充盈的现代空间美感。

The bedroom regards the illicit close area that rests for a long time as, it should have quiet, sweet characteristic, stylist USES yellow to move in great quantities, gray tone, unite metallic line, build the quiet that gives resting area.

The master bedroom is designed in combination with the cloakroom and bathroom. The open design makes the space open and malleable. Use contemporary and popular gimmick, symmetrical use clip silk glass moves the door to differentiate to give toilet. Toilet also is follow closely now popular trend, whole USES marble laid, modelled rich and full contemporary dimensional aesthetic feeling. 

儿童房 Children room

      小朋友是个活泼好动的男孩子，所以设计师没有把儿童空间设计的太过鲜亮，大面积用了水泥灰色，少面积用了明亮的姜黄色来点缀空间，给小朋友营造了静谧，温馨空间。床旁边还设计了开放式的小书架，方便放置学习图书。

      The child is the boy that lively good move, so stylist did not design children space too bright, large area used cement gray, little area used bright ginger yellow to adorn a space, built quiet to the child, sweet space. Beside the bed, an open bookshelf is designed to facilitate the placement of learning books.
