flowers and drink tea, 

so the spaceis divided 

into tea room, movie viewing 

living room and rest area

玄 鳥 至，

玄鳥，燕也，「春分而來，秋分而去也。

天地既如此 春來秋去 萬物周而復始 生生不息

Xuanniao Zhi.

Xuanniao, yanye, "the spring equinox 

comes and the autumn equinox goes.

Since heaven
