说在前面：

本案是一套精装房，但是原有的装修和格局还是无法满足屋主的需求，最后决定除了顶面部分，其余全拆。业主希望有更大容量的储物系统，舒适的生活和孩子玩耍的空间。希望自己的家是一个呆在家里就能十分的舒心，通过家的温度能感受到家人的气息，从而让自己的身心都可以得到释放和治愈。希望能够在细节和居住的环境中有很多温暖和精致的细节。

设计分析：

伴随着社会环境影响下成长的这一代青年人，都会拥有更多精神独立性与个性的生活要求，家居空间是屋主自我探索的载体，情感和心理需求的依托。我们考虑到业主未来生活，既需要满足当下的便利与洒脱，又预留了与即将到来的宝宝构成家庭生活的包容性，实现理想主义与实用主义的平衡。

在选材上我们以白色为底色，从入户延展到每个角落，营造出一种整洁，克制的空间氛围。

利用衣帽间的深长空间规划出一个储物空间，既作为玄关也满足入户的储物日常。

餐厅与书房的墙体由柜体代替，释放更大空间能量。

卧室更是结合屋主气质，做到克制理性而又不失精致的浪漫。

人心很难居住在这个数字的时代，我想建造的是那种让人心居住、扎根的地方。

蒸汽壁炉的“火光”与 Minotti 经典单人沙发来表达“克制的温暖”。无主灯设计和梦幻帘的绝美搭配丰富了空间的细节。也为骨灰级的车模玩家打造了整面墙的车模展示，家就是我们生活的展厅，多样的活动被纳入简洁的动线关系中，徐徐展开“艺术与生活，本就无需间隔”。

The "flame" of the steam fireplace and the "restrained warmth" of the Classic Minotti single sofa. The masterless light design and the beautiful combination of dreamy curtains enrich the details of the space. It also creates a whole wall of car model display for car model players of professional level. The home is the exhibition hall of our life. Various activities are incorporated into the simple dynamic line relationship, and the "art and life, there is no need for interval" is slowly launched.

简洁利落的灰白空间色调，极简的硬装搭配简适的软装，减少了对装饰材料的表达，旨在从空间与光线之中寻找到生活本质的平静。这看似简单实则深奥的诉求，为住宅赋予了真正的意义与价值。

Concise grey space tone, minimalist hard outfit with simple soft outfit, reduce the expression of decorative materials, aiming to find the essence of life from space and light calm. This seemingly simple but profound appeal gives real meaning and value to the residence.

空间色调静谧柔和，灰度的和谐过度，光线透过梦幻帘倾泻而来，空间在自然光下呈现微妙细腻的变化，一件件有温度的物件，炙热的兴趣交织在一起堆积出了不平凡的家.

The tone of space is quiet and soft, the harmony of gray scale is excessive, the light pours in through the dreamlike curtain, and the space presents subtle and delicate changes under the natural light. One by one, the objects with temperature and the hot interest interweave together and pile up an extraordinary home.

入口的两盏壁灯，让归来的屋主一进家门就能感受归家的温暖。利用衣帽间的深长空间规划出一个储物空间，既作为玄关也满足入户的储物日常。

The two wall lamps at the entrance make the returning homeowner feel the warmth of home as soon as he enters the house, and use the profound space of the cloakroom to plan a storage space, which not only serves as the entrance but also meets the daily storage requirements of entering the house.

将艺术的概念性融入到空间，释放设计的创造力，激活空间自有的精神与灵魂。圆形拱门设计展开了不同的两个空间，一边是休憩放松的区域，一边是享受味蕾的时刻。

The concept of art is integrated into the space to release the creativity of design and activate the spirit and soul of the space. The circular arch opens up two different Spaces, one for relaxation and the other for taste buds.

餐厅与书房的墙体由柜体代替，释放更大空间能量

The wall body of dining-room and study is replaced by cabinet body to release bigger space energy.

岛台与餐桌的一体化，光线透过百叶窗与室内交织在一起，下班回家给爱的人做顿饭，在每天柴米油盐的平淡中依旧保持新鲜感。

The integration of the island and the dining table, the light through the shutters and the interior interweave together, home after work to cook a meal for the loved one, in the everyday ordinary food still maintain freshness.

日常里的每一个生动的细节，都触动着生活的灵感，生活远远不止一种可能。

Every vivid detail in daily life touches the inspiration of life, which is far more than one possibility.

卧室温柔的光线，勾勒出安心入睡的场景，对美梦也充满憧憬，令人不自觉地释放出真实自我，有生活，有温度。

The gentle light of the bedroom, draw the outline of the scene that gives set one’s mind at sleep, also be full of longing to dream, the release that makes a person not consciously gives true ego, have life, have temperature.

卫生间的墙面与地面瓷砖，个性的纹理搭配中性的色调。

The metope of toilet and ground ceramic tile, the texture of individual character is tie-in neuter tonal.

书房是自我一隅精神领地，人与物品的关系重新被梳理，让每个件物品都有自己的安放之处。

The study is ego corner spirit domain, the relation of person and article is combed afresh, let each article have his place.

Children’s world is very simple, so the design of children’s room can also start from simple, but to grasp the "interesting" and "lovely".

多用柔和的曲线吸引眼球，弧形过道，为几何美学铺就视觉过渡，空间的情调无以复加。

Multi-purpose downy curve attracts eyeball, arc corridor, pave visual transition for geometric aesthetics, the emotional appeal of space is beyond improvement.

一个独立而实在的空间，一个具有生活质感和温馨的感情处所。

窝在自己的家，感受悠然的慢时光。

满足需求的极简现代主义，让空间感光更加纯粹。

An independent and real space, a place with life texture and warm feelings, nest in their own home, feel leisurely slow time to meet the needs of minimalist modernism, let the space photosensitive more pure.
