它具备亲地性、落地性及高度的辨识性,因地制宜为背后的品牌及团队创造尽可能多的话题,进而能快速被传播,夺人眼球并经久流传,是我们对于本项目起初的期盼。故此,我们给予这个项目独特的空间元素及丰富的精神诉求。
It should be pro-ground, landing and highly recognizable, and create as many topics as possible for the brand and team behind it according to local conditions, so that it can be quickly spread, catch the eye and spread for a long time. This is our initial expectation for this project. Therefore, we tried to give the project a unique spatial element and rich spiritual appeal.

本案在设计中以“市场、空间、产品”的逻辑,契合建筑的物象语言于结构灵感以玉带一般的水流为元素,以气势磅礴的游轮舞会为承载空间场景的介质,突破想象、重塑风尚,在独一无二的秀场概念下,激发生活的磅礴诗意。
This case in the design of the logic of "market, space, product", fit the architectural image language in the structure of inspiration to the jade belt as the element of water, with the majestic cruise ship dance as the medium bearing space scene, break through imagination, reshape fashion, under the unique concept of the show, stimulate the majestic poetry of life.

Artistic creation, based on the spirit of The Times, is loaded with the upgrading of technology to enrich the situational experience of human beings. The design uses flexible modeling language to outline the dynamic and graceful temperament of the space. The shape and meaning of water permeates the details, making people feel as if they are in an abstract water realm but not seeing the real object of water, adding more interest. People imagine life in art, perceive art in life!

——
去除商业化是目前售楼处的趋势,
可以让消费者进入空间后有种轻松自在感或是犹如在艺术馆、博物馆、图书馆这样的空间,减少对于销售员的防备心,也能在舒适的空间做出愉悦的交易。
The surrounding landscape is surrounded by water. In the interior design, we also extend the waterscape around to the interior to let the water flow continue to extend, and also increase the interest and landscape of the internal space, so that the architecture, landscape and interior are all intertwined and echoed.

02. Soft outfit positioning|软装定位
▽延续硬装空间设计,通过对传统建筑的提炼,地理环境的元素提取,加上当地文化的精神表达,用素净优雅的手法来诠释人文之美,衍生出现代都市人对居所的追求:体现空间的张力,表达对质感、细节、品味、氛围、精神诉求。
Continue hard outfit space design, through to the traditional architecture of refining, geographical environment elements extraction, combined with the local culture of the essence of god, to explain the beauty of humanities in plain and neat and elegant style, modern urbanites are derived from the pursuit of residence: reflects the tension of the space, expressed texture, details, taste, atmosphere and spiritual pursuit.
