“御”是自信张扬，掌控一切，充满了向上生长的力量。“江”像是自然的笔，勾勒清风流畅，雨露柔润与光影轮廓。一方小园，虽无大山大水，但若能容得下一轮暖阳变换，容得下几许风影摇曳，便能给居此的家户带来些许的逸趣与安乐。

"Imperial" is to show self-confidence, control everything, and be full of the power of upward growth. “Lin” implies the pen being held by mother nature, depicting the refreshing breeze, soft raindrops, and profile of light and shadow. Though the garden is small without huge mountains and rivers, bringing joy and happiness to dwellers by containing changes of warm sunlight and variable wind, light, and shadows in the landscape is possible.

项目位于江西省赣州市章贡区，坐落于章江之畔，临水而居，享绝美江景。周边 2 公里内有小学、杉杉奥特莱斯广场、赣州站、人民医院，配套较为完善。四周紧邻城市道路，交通便利。

The project is located in Zhanggong District, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, located on the bank of the Zhangjiang River, living near the water and enjoying the beautiful scenery of the river. Within 2 kilometers, there are primary schools, Shanshan OUTLETS Square, Ganzhou Station and people’s Hospital. It is adjacent to the city road, and the transportation is convenient.

赣州是国家历史文化名城、国家森林城市，众多历史名人和中共第一代核心领导人皆在赣州主政过。赣州是中国魅力城市之一，有着千里赣江第一城、江南宋城、世界橙乡、世界风水堪舆文化发源地等美誉。

Ganzhou is a famous national historical and cultural city, a national forest city, and many historical celebrities and the first generation of core leaders of the Communist Party of China have been in power in Ganzhou. Ganzhou is one of the charming cities in China, with the reputation of the first city of the Ganjiang River, the Song City in the south of the Yangtze River, Orange Township in the world, fengshui in the world, and the birthplace of culture.

力高水投·御江府包含展示区，大区住宅，大区商业以及邻里中心和市政绿化带景观设计内容。本案景观设计立足于力高集团新东方健康理念的主旨，以兼具人文品味与现代自然的“森系+新东方”社区生活体验为设计亮点。

Ligao ShuitouYujiang House includes the landscape design of exhibition area, regional housing, regional commerce, neighborhood center and municipal green belt. The landscape design of this case is based on the gist of the health concept of New Oriental of Lego Group, and takes the community life experience of "Forest + New Oriental" with both human taste and modern nature as the design highlight.

打造全季、全龄、全时、全感官社区，整体设计展示优质的景观效果，均衡化的公共活动空间，品质化的艺术文化空间；注重人文关怀，关注儿童未来。

Create a full-season, full-age, full-time, full-sensory community, the overall design to show high-quality landscape effect, balanced public activity space, quality art and cultural space; pay attention to humanistic care, pay attention to the future of children.

山林溪谷作为项目主入口空间，同时是该项目重要的城市展示面。两侧设计的特色种植池及树阵结合地面铺装共同打造出具有该项目特性的半开放式的迎宾入口。

Mountains, forests and valleys are not only the main entrance space of the project, but also an important urban display surface of the project. The characteristic planting ponds and tree arrays designed on both sides are combined with the ground pavement to create a semi-open welcome entrance with the characteristics of the project.

通过条状绿化与列植树阵同前方水景相互呼应，营造出在山林溪谷中穿行游玩的景观感受。

Through the strip greening and tree planting array echoing with the waterscape in front of each other, create a landscape feeling of walking and playing in the mountains, forests and valleys.

设计以“山、水、林”构筑“现代自然”去谱写御江府的“繁华与静怡”。通过特色对景景墙、静谧水面以及艺术小品，加上特选造型树的结合，打造多层次的景观感受。

The design uses "mountain, water and forest" to construct "modern nature" to compose the "Prosperity and Jingyi" of Yujiang House. Through the combination of landscape walls, quiet water surfaces and art sketches, coupled with specially selected modeling trees, we can create a multi-level landscape feeling.

顺水而归、以林为庭，用更轻盈、更贴合自然的设计笔触，描摹独属御江府的那一份隐谧的都市生活，创造出都市森林秘境般的体验空间。

Return with the river, take the forest as the court, and use lighter and more natural design strokes to describe the quiet urban life of Yujiang House alone.Create the experience space like the secret territory of the urban forest.

初入长廊，眼前是两侧规则种植的翠竹，循山入径，于茂林修竹中穿行，遁隐自然处归心，四时之景青常在，万竹栖云逸境开。

When I first entered the promenade, I saw the regular planting of green bamboo on both sides, walking along the mountain, walking through the bamboo in Maolin, and returning to my heart where I was hiding from nature. At 04:00 Jingqing is always there, and ten thousand bamboos perch in the clouds.

将意境贯穿一气，飒飒生风，形成“初极狭，才通人”的桃源体验，修竹半掩，此生心归是桃源。沿着通廊继续前行，忽而开朗。

The artistic conception runs through a breath, rustling the wind, forming the Taoyuan experience of "at the beginning is extremely narrow, only to communicate with people". Xiuzhu is half hidden, and the heart of this life is Taoyuan. Continue along the corridor, suddenly cheerful.

休闲树阵是一处与前庭水院截然不同的绿境空间，精选 8 株造型精美榉树，逐级而上排开，力挺整齐。当阳光洒下，可在长凳之上享受林影，营造惬意的林下空间。

Leisure tree array is a completely different green space from the vestibule water courtyard, featuring 8 beautifully shaped beech trees, lined up step by step, supporting neatly. When the sun shines, you can enjoy the forest shadow on the bench and create a comfortable space under the forest.

流光花园作为项目实体样板展示区，我们希望呈现出一种温馨而富有浪漫气息的景观花园空间。后庭院是一个精致的生活庭院，环绕花境，自然飘逸的树林，舒适软装，灵动秋千，营造浪漫惬意的场景。

Streamer Garden as a project entity model exhibition area, we hope to present a warm and romantic landscape garden space. The back courtyard is an exquisite living courtyard, surrounded by flowers, natural and elegant woods, comfortable soft clothes, smart swings, creating a romantic and comfortable scene.

下沉的小花园细腻丰富，四季不同，各有芬芳，是造梦的空间，更是生活的场景，惬意万分。秋千之上，轻摇慢晃，放缓了节奏，雕琢了时光，收获一下午暖阳。

The sinking small garden is delicate and rich, with different seasons and fragrance, which is not only the space for making dreams, but also the scene of life, which is very pleasant. On the swing, gently shake slowly, slow down the rhythm, carve the time, harvest the warm sun in the afternoon.

In this garden, light and shadow are expected pictures, in which all the characters are quietly permeated with full vitality, like fat clouds in summer afternoons, either rolling or sparse. When the afterglow is gone, the dream ship sails quietly into the bay harbor, how can we let time waste the dream, the beginning of the road is not called the distance.
