THE PROJECT LOCATION
赣州是国家Ⅱ型大城市、“一带一路”重要节点城市,省域副中心城市,江西省的南大门,被命名为“国家历史文化名城”、“中国优秀旅游城市”,已形成了“红色故都、客家摇篮、江南宋城、生态家园、世界橙乡、堪舆圣地”六大旅游品牌。项目位于赣州市南康区龙岭工业园西区,东至 105 国道(南康迎宾东大道)、西至工业用地、南至高速公路匝道。

In the era of attaching importance to product power, "living" is not only a simple residence, but also a focus on living experience and inner life style. "living" embodies the key point that can make people’s life better. Market products in the continuous elimination and upgrading, but also more and more obviously reflect the public test, precipitation down the living characteristics.

By summarizing the highlights of benchmarking projects, we also found that the popular highlights have common characteristics and distinct labels, including ecological health, intelligent technology, luxury and comfort, benchmarking community and other keys. We put forward the design vision in line with the current market environment, multi-compound planning space, green ecological living environment, warm and comfortable living space, to create a benchmark contemporary housing, realize the dream of home living mode.

尊享人居设计 | ENJOY LIVING DESIGN
尊享仪式感的主入口,代表小区品质的原创雕塑“圆月方舟”体现独一无二的身份,中央四水归堂的景观有传统风水理念,大门简洁大气。
The main entrance enjoys a sense of ceremony, and the original sculpture "Full Moon Ark" representing the quality of the community embodies the unique identity. The landscape of the central Four rivers returning to the hall has the traditional feng shui concept, and the gate is simple and grand.

大门景观对景、中央景观区、会所区是小区社交类空间;加上每栋建筑的前区空间,将流线细分拉长,达到小中见大的效果,让入户体验感层次更加丰富。
The main entrance landscape, the central landscape area and the club area are social Spaces in the community. In addition, the front area space of each building subdivides and elongates the streamline to achieve the effect of seeing the big in the small, so as to enrich the level of experience of entering the house.
小区内的架空层植入接待、健身、休闲等公共活动功能,是业主家的功能的延伸,帮助业主更轻松、惬意地享受生活。公共活动区设置多个不同人群的主题,如健身主题区、瑜伽主题区、棋牌主题区、休闲主题区、儿童主题区、接待主题区。
The overhead layer in the community is implanted with functions of reception, fitness, leisure and other public activities, which is an extension of the function of the owner’s home and helps the owner enjoy life more easily and comfortably. The public activity area has a number of themes for different groups, such as fitness theme area, yoga theme area, chess and card theme area, leisure theme area, children theme area and reception theme area.

建筑立面没有过分的装饰,一切从功能出发,讲究造型比例适度、空间结构图明确美观,强调外观的明快、简洁。体现了现代生活快节奏、简约和实用,但又富有朝气的生活气息。在居民建筑上,居住区的建设不仅仅停留在生存、生理需求的生物层次,而是迈向心理和精神上的愉悦的高尚层次,是对美和情的追求。
There is no excessive decoration on the facade of the building. Everything starts from the function, pays attention to the appropriate proportion of modeling, clear and beautiful spatial structure drawing, and emphasizes the bright and concise appearance. It reflects the modern life fast pace, simple and practical, but full of vitality of life breath. In terms of residential buildings, the construction of residential areas not only stays at the biological level of survival and physiological needs, but also moves towards the noble level of psychological and spiritual pleasure, which is the pursuit of beauty and love.

源自未来居所的探索静谧自然,绿意怏然先进的科技,足够的物质,是城市赋予我们的特质。却再也难见到,蛐蛐叫,青蛙闹,石块间长出的嫩绿青草。向往着,来一份自由的野趣,不畏束缚,只为平淡的生活增添诗情画意。树屋、鲸鱼乐意,游乐童趣,探索未来,丰富认知。游乐即是探索,未来即在眼前。
Quiet nature, green but advanced technology, plenty of material, are the qualities that cities give us. But no longer see, crickets chirping, frogs noisy, stone long green grass. Yearning, to a free wild fun, not afraid of bondage, only to add poetic life. Treehouse, whale happy, fun children, explore the future, enrich cognition. Pleasure is exploration and the future is in front of us.

商业建筑围绕“未来、科技、亲子教育”核心价值理念进行传递,设计中应充分考虑居民的行走习惯和商家的经营需求,根据现有地形的地理高差及出入口条件的布局方式,设计人行道、车道、货物通道,商业街及社区商业中心可考虑设置无障碍通道。
Commercial buildings around the core value of "in the future, science and technology, parent-child education" concept to convey, walking habits should be fully considered in the design of residents and businesses management requirements, according to the geographical difference of terrain and inward and outward current conditions, the layout, design sidewalks, driveways, goods channel, the mall and community commercial center may consider setting barrier-free access.
