01重生·心之所向

剥离坚硬商品外壳的产物。

这是一个特殊的改造项目，作为销售型的公寓产品，我们想让它跳脱于纯粹的商品属性。让它变得更具价值（这个价值是居住层面的价值，而非金钱价值）。

基于这样的目的，我们重新优化了室内外空间，升级了建筑立面，让建筑更加符合未来的生活方式，我们希望住进去的人能快乐，而非单纯的一种投资型产品。

This is a special renovation project, as a sales-for-sale apartment product, we want him to jump out of the essence of the commodity attributes. It becomes more valuable (this value is the value of the residential level, not the value of money).

For this purpose, we have re-optimized the interior and exterior spaces, upgraded the façade of the building, made the building more in line with the future lifestyle, and we want the people who live in it to be happy, not just an investment product.

这里以其豪华酒店、大剧场、高端商业办公、高端豪宅而出名。

Ark avant block is located at the intersection of Jinshui Road and Future Road in Zhengzhou City, adjacent to Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center, with superior geographical conditions. It is famous for its luxury hotels, coliseums, high-end commercial offices, and high-end mansions. Link the past glory with the imagination of the future, and explore the new boundaries of life in Zhengzhou.

03 规划·闹中取静

大隐隐于市，烟火气中的仪式感。

基于让建筑更加符合未来的生活方式这一设计理念，在总体规划上，我们优化了城市与公寓的过渡方式，进一步区分了居住和商业的关系，从私密性向开放性逐步递进。

Based on this design concept of making the building more in line with the future lifestyle, in the master plan, we optimized the transition between the city and the apartment, further distinguishing the relationship between residence and business, from privacy to openness.

我们也在现有的规划条件下创造了小区级别的户外居住品质，将内街与外街做了很好的定性。我们把穿越性道路设计成了优雅的社区活动场所，并且丝毫没有降低外部商业的便利性。两栋楼的入口也很好的贯穿了室内外空间及有效的城市交接。

We have also created a community-level outdoor living quality under the existing planning conditions, and have well characterized the inner and outer streets. We designed the traversal road as an elegant community event without compromising the convenience of external commerce. The entrances of the two buildings also run well through the indoor and outdoor spaces and the effective urban transition.

04室内·归家之感

让阳光唤醒每一个清晨的你，宽阔的宜居场景体验。

在内部空间上面，将原有的小隔间大进深户做了彻底的划分，让原本昏暗甚至无法使用的空间释放出来，变成良好的居住空间。

In the interior space, the original cubicle was thoroughly divided into deep households, so that the original dim or even unusable space was released and turned into a good living space.

在不改变建筑高度的同时，调整内部楼层的层高，结合场地条件，设置了多种具有各自特色的户型，使居住品质从而提升。

Without changing the height of the building, the height of the internal floor is adjusted, and a variety of apartment types with their own characteristics are set up in combination with the site conditions, so that the living quality can be improved.

05立面·向阳而生

让光线来做设计，横向长窗的生活哲学。

立面应该是内部生活状态的外化，它可以是一项宣言，就像柯布西耶肯定了横向长窗所承载的人类文明的进步！

我们整理了原有结构的模数，优化了空调等设备的布置方式，将外立面设计成了一个能够集成各因素的“系统”，通过这个系统的重复叠加来打破原结构的不规则和单调。

We sorted out the modulus of the original structure, optimized the arrangement of equipment such as air conditioning, and designed the façade as a "system" that can integrate various factors, breaking the irregularity and monotony of the original structure through the repeated superposition of this system.

横向落地长窗能够带来更多的采光，270 度全玻璃幕墙，将城市壮阔尽收眼底，让阳光更好的进入室内，唤醒每一个清晨的你。同时也让室内空间更加自由和具有弹性。

Horizontal floor-to-ceiling long windows can bring more light, 270 degrees of all-glass curtain wall, the city is magnificent, let the sun better into the interior, wake up every morning you. It also makes the interior space more free and flexible.

建筑与光影关系 | doozy@SH

建筑是城市文化的象征，它反映着城市固有的个性风貌。建筑立面对于城市来说，同时也需要强调足够的时代性，符合未来城市的审美，并具有一定的引导作用。简洁、纯粹的立面表情能够更好的成为视觉符号，在城市街面形象中发挥作用。

Architecture is a symbol of the city’s culture, and it reflects the inherent personality of the city. For the city, the building façade also needs to emphasize enough times, in line with the aesthetics of the future city, and has a certain guiding role. Simple, pure façade expressions can better become visual symbols and play a role in the image of urban street surfaces.

源于自然厚爱的逢时，符合时代审视的刚好，当这两种属性重合叠加，美好，就此发生。
