An apartment in the Kadashev complex, in a historic building designed by Adolph Erichson. It used to be the seat of the European Baths and was renamed Kadashev during the Soviet period.

Yulia Selivanova tried to preserve the historical framework and emphasize the architecture of the space. Selivanova used timeless furniture and decorations to reflect the idea of reshaping tradition through art.

Burdenkos apartment in Skuratov House on Burdenko Street covers an area of 108 square meters. When working on this project, our goal was to create a quiet and discreet indoor environment and create a relaxing atmosphere, avoiding the use of sharp colors.

通过选择单色配色方案，我们主要专注于不同的纹理，创建了木材，金属，天然织物和石材的混合物。

By choosing a single color scheme, we mainly focused on different textures, creating a mixture of wood, metal, natural fabric and stone.

Komsomolsky

Komsomolsky公寓位于Clerkenwell House住宅区，面积116平方米。这是建筑物顶层的两层阁楼。该项目的目标是制造一间两居室公寓。

Komsomolsky apartment is located in the residential area of Clerkenwell House, covering an area of 116 square meters. This is the two-story loft on the top floor of the building. The goal of the project is to create a two-bedroom apartment.

The source of inspiration for this project is modernist architecture, and our goal is to focus on ventilation, purity and logic.
