设计师说

本案是一处 160m²的复式楼私宅，4 室 2 厅。业主是一对年轻夫妇，有两个小孩。平时工作繁忙，业主夫妇期待回家时刻能够得到足够的放松。用所热爱的风格抹掉工作中带来的所有的疲惫。

整体设计以高级灰为基调来打底，金属元素贯穿每一个角落。用简洁硬朗的线条块面迭落来诠释空间构成关系。强调不同材质的碰撞，同时借助软装的点缀，打造出舒适时尚的空间，既带有年轻都市的灵感，又融入了精英群体对品质的追求。

设计改造 | Design transformation

入户改造：原入户一门就是一面很长的墙，两边没有遮挡，也没有做鞋柜的地方，所以在设计过程中利用了对面的墙体做了一个鞋柜兼顾装饰柜的效果的柜子去弱化了它。

客餐厅改造：原客厅和餐厅的空间是隔开的，所以空间显得很局促，设计师很大胆的把所有的空间打通，厨房储物柜延伸到餐厅，既增加了储物空间，也起到了装饰效果。

父母房改造：楼下需要两间父母房，设计师把原有的生活阳台的位置改造了一间卧室，保证了两个房间应有的格局和面积，还增加了一个楼梯储物间。

客餐厅设计师从业主的需求出发，结合房屋空间的特点，采用简约明朗的色块和线条游走并贯穿了所有空间，渲染着艺术涂料和胡桃木的韵味。电视墙的背后也是别有洞天，推开半透明玻璃门，是设计师特别设计的隐藏式电视机，为客厅预留了一份独有的设计，同时为业主打造了这一处自然气息与现代时尚风格交汇的私属领域。

餐厅、厨房的家具风格和谐统一，厨房区域自然融入整体家居之中。美观的餐桌与实用的厨房紧密相连，形成一个开放式的烹饪空间，营造出摩登时尚的就餐氛围。

穿过入户玄关开始进入卧房区域，动静分离的空间是这处私宅的特点之一，一楼是两间父母房，所有空间布局以及面积大小基本都是一致的。设计师在选取两间卧室的材质时，都是有意境独特的材质。

设计改造 | Design transformation

主卧改造：楼上是主卧+小孩房，原有空间比较凌乱，设计师重新规划了整个空间，增加了过道储物柜，两个房间规划也更加明确。

主卫改造：原本的次卫空间比较局促，设计师把卫生间墙体往外推增加了一个浴缸，在卫生间外面增加盥洗区，方便两个小孩早上起来能同时使用。

去往主卧的楼梯，楼梯间设计了线条灯，既达到空间的延伸感又起到照明的效果，白色的大理石踏步、玻璃扶手与艺术涂料在空间上相互协调。

墙面与整体居室统一，用木饰面与硬包天然质感，营造出宁静安然的氛围。设计师注重连贯的空间感，将地面也更换为同色系的木纹砖，增加空间的整洁感。

我们一直坚信，用心做好每一件热爱的事、并视它为终生事业去对待，这样的人值得被尊敬。

2014 年伊始，两个不足 50 平的设计工作室在城市两个角落里悄悄地成立了，这就是浅尺住建的前身。从几乎无人问津、到后来的合并扩充，这个过程让我们从痛苦到迷茫到欣喜到思考。很感恩，因为有了你们，我们走过来了。

从小接受的教育告诉我们，要学会忍耐接受包容和跟随。读书的时候太过于“个性”是会遭到碾压和抑制的。不随波逐流、坚持自我在这个大环境下太难太难。一套套流水线 copy 再 copy 的方案；设计行业门槛越来越低；设计师沦为“绘图机器”；完全丧失的创造力…这些促使我们改变，在最初这些和循规蹈矩相悖逆的做法确实很难传递，但是我们坚信，一心一意去把一种更好的生活美学传递给客户，他们一定能感知到，并且会爱上这种改变。

很庆幸，越来越多的客户开始爱上这种蝶变过程，我们希望不仅仅是帮助客户营造一个属于自己的“房子”，而是在如今繁杂纷乱的社会里，给他们带去一种不同的生活理念：花花世界再好，最温暖的还是家。
