这个项目属于时下进阶后的精装修状态。空间分区明确，水电地暖齐备，功能细节方面存在一些BUG，储藏功能的缺失，灯光插座等配置的不足。装饰效果方面，没有从前复杂的吊顶与线条，白色乳胶漆墙面干净清爽，公共区地面黄色地砖还贴心的铺设了略带欧式情节波导线区分空间层次，酱色系的地板房门亦是无功无过。然而当个性化的需求遇上标准化的设计，这样的精装修无错，只是缺少了灵魂，不合适罢了。

In terms of decoration effect, there is no complex ceiling and lines in the past. The white emulsion paint wall is clean and refreshing. The floor doors of the brown color system are also reactive. However, when the personalized demand meets the standardized design, such fine decoration is not wrong, but it lacks the soul and is inappropriate..

1、设计沟通确认了精装修空间布局上与屋主使用需求没有太大冲突，因此不改动室内墙体结构，精装修功能体系部分可以考虑尽量保留。因需要增添空调设备，拆除了公共区传统式的灯槽吊顶，同时从整体效果出发，为了统一空间的调性，将客厅欧式地砖拼花换成地砖平铺。

2、储藏空间配置安排。客餐厅公共区都配备储藏柜以满足后期零碎物件收纳，便于后期保持居家整洁，预留的两间次卧室也各自配套了储藏柜。

3、阳台是室内采光和视野最佳的位置，而传统情况下，这里都是作为居家晾晒和家政区存在。预留了到顶立柜，柜内不仅配备了洗衣机与烘干机，还有洗衣池与挂墙式的小型滚筒，以满足后续居家清洁需求。这样将最佳位置融入室内，让公共区空间更加开阔，室内光线也更加充足。

The public area of the guest restaurant is equipped with storage cabinets to meet the storage of fragmentary items in the later stage, so as to keep the home clean and tidy in the later stage. The two reserved secondary bedrooms are also equipped with storage cabinets. 3. The balcony is the best place for indoor lighting and vision. Traditionally, it exists as a home drying and housekeeping area. A vertical cabinet to the top is reserved. The cabinet is equipped with not only a washing machine and dryer, but also a washing pool and a small wall mounted roller to meet the subsequent home cleaning needs. In this way, the best location will be integrated into the interior, making the space of the public area more open and the indoor light more abundant.
