项目背景

Project background

该项目落址于湾区焦点，惠州仲恺高新区的天益城，不同于传统住宅设计，空间区域通过划分、建构新的整体，营造自在舒适的居家氛围。以舒适浪漫的意式生活格调为基底，将品质与仪式感加载到生活细节中，传递放松、舒缓的生活态度。

The project is located in the focal point of the Bay Area, Tianyi City in Huizhou Zhongkai High-tech Zone. Different from the traditional residential design, the space area is divided and constructed as a whole new space to create a relaxing homestay atmosphere. Based on the comfortable and romantic Italian style of life, bring the quality and the sense of ritual to life in details, convey an easy attitude towards life.

丨着重链接不同功能区间的对话关系，抛繁就简，重塑客餐区的布局，通过材质的变换，呈现质感的韵律丨

Focusing on linking the communication between different functional areas by the principles of simple, remodel the layout of the guest dining area. Presenting the sense of rhythm through the transformation of materials.

丨公区形成纵横动线，开放式的品茗区增加互动性，整体块面的背景造型呼应，形成空间立体的轮廓丨

Public area are designed in the frame of vertical and horizontal moving lines, the open tea tasting area increases interactivity. The background of the whole block echoes with the surface, forming a three-dimensional spatial outline.

丨同色系软装配套呼应，通过深浅的变化，将空间延伸为一个整体，营造温馨舒适的居住氛围丨

By echoing with the same color scheme soft fitting and throughing the change of depth. The space is extended as a whole space, in order to create a warm and comfortable living atmosphere.

丨茶室将意式极简设计与东方仪式相融，将绿意植入家中，自然光洒进室内，与家人茗茶而谈，悠享谧境时光丨

The Teahouse combines minimalist Italian design with oriental rituals, bringing the easy green color into the space and letting natural light into the room. Enjoying the talk with family members over tea and enjoying the tranquil time.

丨卧室以薄雾灰为色彩基调，圆弧形天花柔和了原本沉闷的矩形空间，为居者提供了更温雅舒适的睡眠氛围丨

The bedroom is colored with mist gray, and the circular ceiling softens the original dull rectangular space, providing a more gentle and comfortable sleeping atmosphere for residents.

丨浴室空间以明快的线条丰富空间层次，百叶因光而灵动，呈现极简灰的优雅与品质，带来沉浸式的居家体验丨

The bathroom space enriches the space level with straight lines, and the louvers become creating due to the light, presenting the elegant character of the minimalist grey, bringing an immersive home experience.

领悟意式极简设计美学，打造品质舒适的生活方式。空间无界，突破视野界限。用圆润造型与圆弧曲线，柔化棱角分明的尖锐感，勾勒空间一体的流动美学，呈现功能、美学和舒适性为一体的温馨空间。

By understanding the Italian minimalist design aesthetics to create a comfortable lifestyle. Space is boundless, it can break the boundary of vision. With round shape and arc curve, soften the sharp sense of angular edges, outline the flow aesthetics of the space, and present the relaxing space with function, aesthetics and comfort as one.
