项目地处贵州省黔南市布依族苗族自治州龙里县，与贵阳市花溪区交界处，属贵州城市规划发展重要布局之一的“龙溪新城”门户要地。在城市需开发建设的前提下，本项目所在区域被规划为高品质住宅区。规划在其中心区域保留了一处山丘作为公园用地，30 米高的马尾松覆盖了这块土地，这便是“未来之塔”所在的位置。

The project, located in Guizhou Province, Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Qiannan City, Longli County, bordering Guiyang city’s Huaxi District, is an important gateway with regards to the urban planning and development of “Longxi New Town” in Guizhou Province. Under the premise of urban development and construction, the entire area of the project is planned for high-quality residential use. In addition, an existing hill covered with 30-meter-high Masson Pine is planned to be preserved as parkland in the central area and is the location of "Nova Tower".

“未来”是充满无限种可能的，也是虚无缥缈的，它不是任何一种具体的形式。在这个以“未来”为主题的瞭望塔的设计中，造型和技术的实现都不是目的，而只是一种方法——建筑师最终希望传达的是一种积极向上地追求未来的精神。

The term “Nova”, or “future", is full of infinite possibilities. It is also illusory and not belonging to any specific form. Throughout the design of the scenic tower, which is based on the concept of "nova", the manifestation of modeling and technology was not a means to an end, but rather a method – the architect’s hope to convey a spirit of actively pursuing the future.

同时，人与自然的共生关系也在“未来之塔”的设计中进行了深入地探索。瞭望塔的造型是极简的。直线型、几何化的形式作为人类特有的语言用以强调构筑物的人工属性。周边环境则尽可能地保持原始松林等植被，还原自然景观面貌。构筑物使用细钢索连接屋顶与地面，在空间中形成半透明的“幕”，界定了空的“内、外”。钢索于空中扭转，使瞭望塔在视觉上被分为了“上、下”两部分。瞭望塔下半部分融于松林之中，与自然产生了对话。上半部分轻盈、半透明的造型犹如天外来物漂浮于松林之上。人工与自然这种看似对立的关系在这个场所中达到了和谐共生。

At the same time, the symbiotic relationship between man and nature is also explored in the design of Nova Tower. The shape of the scenic tower is unsophisticated. As one of the most unique languages of mankind, linear and geometric forms are used to emphasize the artificial properties of structures. However, to the fullest extent possible, the surrounding environment preserves the original pine forests and surrounding vegetation, restoring the natural landscape. The structure uses fine steel cables that connect the roof with the ground, forming a translucent "curtain" that defines the "inner and outer" areas of this space. The steel cables twist and contort, resulting in the scenic tower becoming visually divided into two sections: the upper section and lower section. The lower half of the scenic tower melts into the pine forest, engaging in a dialogue with nature. The light and translucent shape of the upper section is akin to a floating object, hovering above the pine forest. In this sense, the seemingly contrasting relationship between man and nature reaches a harmonious symbiosis in this space.

一段旅程串联起了“未来之塔”的各个部分。故事始于城市街道，浮于松林之上的“未来之塔”从远处便吸引人们的目光。人们带着期待来到被松树环抱的塔下。松林营造了自然、幽暗的环境，阳光在特定的时刻穿过瞭望塔，带来神圣的仪式感。一座“天梯”自地面架起，屋顶未知的景观吸引着人们拾级而上。登高带来的劳累将在抵达屋顶后得到释放，一滩浅水倒影了天空与远山，使人的心情慢慢归于平静。身体力行的旅程将为人们带来情感的升华。

A short journey connects all sections of the Nova Tower. This story begins from the city street, the scene of the Nova Tower floating above the pine forest and attracting the attention of spectators from afar. As the visitors approach the tower surrounded by pine trees, they carry a sense of expectation. The pine forest creates a natural and dense environment, and at a specific time of the day, the sun passes through the scenic tower, creating a sense of sacred ceremony. A “ladder” built from the ground up, and the mystifying landscape on the roof, entices visitors to climb up to the highest level. The sense of fatigue after the climb is soon forgotten upon arriving at the roof; a layer of shallow water on the surface reflects the sky and distant mountains, bringing a sense of gradual calm, the journey providing the spectator with emotional sublimation.
