PROJECT03 永威上和院

设计在设计之外，情感在空间之中，以沉默的律动为空间的营造手法，在空间布局和私宅营造的过程中，空间的质感外表平静温和，却承载了生活里的丰富。

Design in addition to the design, emotion in the space, with the silent rhythm as the space creation method, in the process of space layout and private house creation, the texture of the space appearance is calm and gentle, but it carries the richness of life.

客厅︱Sitting room︱

客厅中的天花板、墙体、地面在色彩上形成了很强的呼应。先来看由木色和白色拼接而成的天花板，与地面的地毯和大理石分割的色彩区域对应，L 型沙发前侧的大理石地板充当了自由活动的区域。木色的天花板经过走廊慢慢“流淌”到了书房，让整个空间贯穿起来，给人一种紧密感还有一种安全感。

The ceiling, wall, and floor in the living room form a strong echo in color. First, look at the ceiling made of wood and white splicing, corresponding to the color area of the carpet and marble division of the floor. The marble floor in front of the L-shaped sofa acts as a free activity area, and the wood-colored ceiling slowly "flows" through the corridor to the tea room, so that the entire space runs through, giving people a sense of closeness and a sense of security.

各色摆件，皆有考究。云朵吊线灯、绿植、玻璃花瓶，透过光影交织，产生似水如镜一样的清澈柔亮。

All kinds of ornaments, all exquisite. Cloud chandeliers, green plants, and glass vases interweave through light and shadow, producing a clear and soft light like water like a mirror.

餐厅︱Restaurant︱

餐厅选用高雅的设计风格，椭圆形的餐桌搭配上上方的艺术云朵吊灯，十分有层次。对称式的设计展现出了别样的美感，还给生活增添了一丝氛围。旁边艺术家 Tide 的版画《Angry Cat》，丰富了空间的细节。厨房则选用原木作为空间的主要材质，深色调的选用为空间营造出了一种沉稳高级的质感。

The restaurant uses elegant design style, the oval table with the artistic cloud chandelier above, very layered. The symmetrical design shows a different kind of beauty and adds a touch of atmosphere to life. Next to artist Tide’s print "Angry Cat", the details of the space are enriched. The kitchen uses logs as the main material of the space, and the choice of dark colors creates a calm and advanced texture for the space.

岛台选用天然石材，细腻的纹理显得更加精致轻奢。

The island platform is made of natural stone, and the delicate texture is more delicate and luxurious.

书房︱Study

书房选在安静的一处，静谧又明媚。在安静的氛围下习文作画，在阳光的引领中向外远眺。家怎么会单单局限于固定的壁垒之中呢？视野所望地，心意所达处，都是家的领地。

The study is selected in a quiet place, quiet and bright. Learn to paint in a quiet atmosphere, and look out in the distance under the guidance of the sun. How can the home be confined to fixed barriers? Everywhere you look, where your mind is, is the territory of home.

整个空间是一个以客厅为首体的“平行”空间。客厅旁边设有一条走廊，连接着卧室与书房。

The whole space is a "parallel" space headed by the living room. Next to the living room there is a hallway that connects the bedroom to the study.

︱Master BedRoom︱

四间卧室各有特色，其中主卧坚守简约与安宁、沉稳与大气，错落间隔的纹路、床头背景与顶面的延伸、被阳光洗礼的灰色调将屋中人催眠，奉上唯美祥和的星空梦境。

The four bedrooms have their own characteristics, of which the master bedroom adheres to simplicity and tranquility, calmness and atmosphere, staggered intervals, the extension of the bedside background and the top surface, and the gray tones baptized by the sun hypnotize the people in the house, providing a beautiful and peaceful starry sky dream.

长辈房︱ Elderly room ︱

长辈房选用中性色调，家具与软装同样是舒适简约为主，在简洁优雅的空间下，营造出一个令人轻松舒适的氛围感。

The elderly room uses neutral tones, and the furniture and soft furnishings are also comfortable and simple, creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere under the simple and elegant space.

儿童房︱Children’s room︱

儿童房则以简单温馨为主题。色彩总是引起审美愉悦中超为敏感的元素，粉色和白色的结合，使得整个空间温馨舒适。墙面上的挂画也为房间添加了一丝不一样的色彩。

The children’s room is themed around simple and warm. Color always causes aesthetic pleasure in the super super sensitive elements, the combination of pink and white, making the whole space warm and comfortable. The wall paintings also add a touch of color to the room.

角落处的细尘、浸润在阳光中的留白、静而处之的家具，它们在空间中将生活奉之为掌上明珠，等待着主人归来，赋予每一处优雅鲜活的灵魂。对于主人来说，这里是一片包容万物的柔软之境，所及之处皆有温柔作陪。

The fine dust in the corner, the white space soaked in the sun, the furniture that is quiet, they worship life as a pearl in the palm of the hand in the space, waiting for the return of the owner, giving each place an elegant and vivid soul. For the owner, this is a soft place that embraces all things, and there is gentle companionship everywhere.

卫生间︱toilet︱

卫生间根据空间合理安排出洗漱台、马桶、淋浴，在美观的同时让设计更显人性化。大理石花纹如翻开的卷轴，贯穿在卫生间与更衣室，空间的关系与生活的体验丰富且具有层次。

The bathroom reasonably arranges the washstand, toilet, and shower according to the space, which makes the design more humane while being beautiful. The marbling is like an open scroll that runs through the bathroom and dressing room, and the relationship between the space and the experience of living are rich and layered.

将设计的本意回归居住者本身，用理性缔造空间，用感性柔化边界。这套为主人公设计的奢享住宅，将成为现实生活和理想未来的温实桥梁。
