西哈努克港，是柬埔寨的最大港口城市，也是第二大重要的旅游城市，这里的主要的四个海滩Sokha Beach、Ochheuteal Beach、Independence Beach、Victory Beach还没有被高度开发，保持着自然风貌，每年会有一定数量的游客来这里享受阳光海滩，体验平静的休闲时光。

Sihanohkville, formerly known as kampong SOM, is the busiest coastal port in Cambodia and the second most important tourist city in Cambodia. The four main beaches here, sokhabeach, ochheutealbach, independence beach and victory beach, have not been highly developed and maintain the natural style. A certain number of tourists come here every year to enjoy the sunshine beach and experience the quiet leisure time.

本案位于西哈努克市西湖国际酒店与南海明珠酒店旁，10层建筑共5600㎡，结合实际经营使用情况，在原有建筑基础上进行空间重组规划，打造一个简约舒适便利型的精品酒店。

This plan is located next to West Lake International Hotel and Nanhai Pearl Hotel in Sihanouk, with a total of 560

of 10 storey buildings. Combined with the actual operation and use, the space reorganization planning is carried out on the basis of the original buildings to create a simple, comfortable and convenient boutique hotel.

结合实际运营和使用情况，对不规则地块上的整栋在建建筑进行了重组和规划，引入了酒店客房、商务俱乐部、酒吧、汉堡清淡食品、生活超市、诊所药房等配套服务。结合周边环境和配套操作，重新定义了建筑的使用功能，提高了空间利用率和使用舒适度。

Combined with the actual operation and use, the whole buildings under construction in irregular plots have been reorganized and planned, and the supporting services such as hotel rooms, business clubs, air bars, hamburger light food, life supermarkets and clinic pharmacies have been reintroduced. Combined with the surrounding environment and matching operation, the use function of the building has been redefined and the space utilization and comfort of use have been improved.

一楼酒店大堂延续建筑外观使用的清水砖作为背景墻，简洁质朴的红砖、素水泥地面和温润木饰面、白色墻漆形成简洁明亮对比。

The clear water brick used in the lobby of the hotel on the 1st floor continues the architectural appearance as the background wall, and the simple red brick, plain cement floor, warm wood finish and white wall paint form a simple and bright contrast.

电梯上到五楼进入的是一个明亮的商务大厅，可供商务会客、公司会议路演等商业性的聚会或产品发布场所使用，简洁大厅同时配备了吧台、投影以及音响设备。

The elevator goes up to the 5th floor and enters a bright business hall, which can be used for business reception, company conference roadshow and other commercial gatherings or product release places. The concise hall is equipped with bar counter, projection and audio equipment.

客房整体采用现代简约的设计风格，海景套房利用原结构柱划分出休闲会客的小客厅，灰白色墻体结合浅色系的木地板和进口订制木家具，拉开窗帘迎面吹来的海风使得在常年炎热国度的旅途，更加舒适惬意。

The whole guest room adopts modern and simple design style. The sea view suite uses the original structural column to divide the small living room for leisure reception. The gray white wall is combined with the light colored wooden floor and imported customized wooden furniture. The curtains are opened, and the sea breeze blowing in the face makes the journey in the perennial hot country more comfortable and comfortable.

通过平顶式天花吊顶把不规则结构梁隐藏起来，使得空间更加简洁干练，同时做一个平檐收口的灯槽工艺，原本低矮的层高有一个视觉的延伸，通过不同的收口细节营造更加精致细腻的居住体验。

The irregular structural beams are hidden through the flat ceiling, which makes the space more concise and capable. At the same time, a lamp slot process with flat eaves closing is made. The original low floor height has a visual extension, creating a more exquisite living experience through different closing details.

客房保留最简洁的空间流线，突出材质的质感和空间真实性，减少以往酒店常用的各种装饰品使得入住客人可以得到全身心放松和休息，把蓝天碧海的大自然景色引入到每一间客房里作为入住体验的一部分。

Rooms retain the most concise space streamline, highlight the texture of materials and the authenticity of the space, reduce the hotel commonly used in the past all kinds of decorations so that guests can be fully relaxed and rest, the blue sky and blue sea natural scenery into each room as part of the experience.
