所謂住宅，不僅僅是一個讓人的身體栖息在内，過日常生活的容器，還必須是能讓人的内心安穩的、豐富的、融洽的持續下去的空間；應該結合居住者的興趣愛好、生活習性甚至是工作方式，在短期或是未來可能會增加居住人員的可能，儅使用者伴隨著時間在空間中所發生的故事，成長與思考，形成一個“家”的真實狀態。

居住者為廖先生和太太羅小姐還有一個活潑可愛的兒子，年輕的一家三口希望構築一個開闊通透簡潔質樸的居所，與澳門隔江相望景觀視野開闊，年輕的一家三口希望未來的家是整體、簡潔而不失質感的空間，可以感受到自然的海風、晨曦的光影以及所觸及的材料的溫度。

The so-called residence is not only a container for people's body to live inside and daily life, but also a space that can make people's heart stable, rich and harmonious.In the short term or in the future, it may increase the possibility of the inhabitant by combining the interests and hobbies, living habits and even working style of the occupant. As the user grows and thinks along with the story of time and space, it forms a real state of "home".

結合業主的實際情況，方案把原本四室兩廳一廚兩衛的格局，改爲兩室兩廳兩厨兩衛+多功能客房+開放式書房，這樣的話整個公共區域是連貫互通的，在視覺上不僅得到更大的延伸并且創造更多獨立且可以互相陪伴的可能性。

(設計主材)

入戶門廳映入眼簾的是與客餐廳連通的素水泥工藝背景墻，展示的是羅小姐心愛的公路自行車以及各種定制滑板，希望一

家人可以保持健康運動的生活方式，選擇簡潔質樸的設計手法，營造的是年輕充滿活力的生活方式。

What enters door hall to greet is the plain cement craft setting wall that connects with guest dining-room, what show is the road bicycle that miss luo loves and a variety of custom-made skateboard, hope a family can maintain the lifestyle of healthy motion, choose concise and plain design technique, what build is young and full of vigor.

原本位於客廳一側的次臥改爲開放式多功能書房，平時滿足廖先生與妻子羅小姐簡單的家庭辦公，同時也可以有更多的機會陪伴孩子一起閲讀，使得一家三口的公共空間得以延續和擴展。

The second bedroom that is located at sitting room one side is changed to open type muti_function study, at ordinary times satisfy the simple family office of Mr. Liao and wife miss luo, also can have more opportunity to accompany the child to read together at the same time, make the public space of a family of three can continue and expand.

懸挑的鞋櫃增加收納空間同時營造一種輕盈的視覺效果；與門廳連接的是用餐區以及開放西廚，閑暇之餘一家三口享受著羅小姐精心製作的烘焙，平時親朋好友來做客的時候也可以一起喝咖啡聊天。

在餐廳旁的客臥改爲多功能半開放式空間，平時可以延伸餐廳功能、作爲小客廳讓小朋友在成長的兒童時期有一個獨立的玩耍空間，玻璃門關閉拉上窗簾則可作爲長輩或好友留宿的臨時客房。

The guest lie beside dining-room changes mutifunctional half open mode space, can extend dining-room function at ordinary times, as little sitting room lets the child have an independent play space when the child that grows, the temporary guest room that glass door closes draw a curtain to be able to serve as elder or good friend to stay.

厨房整體選擇女業主喜愛的復古藍作爲主色調，與地面的水泥磚形成鮮明的對比，灰白的鋪裝材質使得充滿煙火氣的厨房更明亮的同時更便於打理。

主臥以灰色爲主色調，在簡潔的空間裏更有助於提高休息的質量，一整面天湘鐵灰系列打造的落地衣櫃使得主臥整體視覺更爲簡潔沉穩，與窗外的海景以及澳門的城景形成虛實互補，一天美好的生活從清晨灑落的陽光開始。

兒童房延續整體方案使用的灰白墻漆作爲基調，在軟裝以及配飾上選擇相對活潑的亮色係作爲點綴，有助於讓孩子在成長的過程中養成既活潑開朗同時又相對平穩的性格，相對中性的色彩在孩子成長到一定年齡的時候通過簡單的更換軟裝配飾就可以達到其心中所需要的獨立空間。
