隨著"一帶一路”政策影響，我們對充滿神秘色彩的柬埔寨王國逐漸有了更多的了解和接觸；這是一個充滿神秘佛教信仰的國度，雖然經濟水平處於發展中的國家，但這裡的人們淳樸善良；近年來除了國內大量的遊客到訪神秘的吳哥窟一覽風光，由於政策的引導還吸引了大量來自中國企業家以及投資者的到來，發展尤為瞬速的是柬埔寨王國的一個港口城市-西哈努克港。

西哈努克港

（Sihanohkville），原名磅遜（KampongSom），是

柬埔寨

的最大港口城市；西哈努克港是柬埔寨最繁忙的海岸港口，也是柬埔寨國內第二大重要的旅遊城市，位於柬埔寨西南沿海，2018年以前很多金邊的白領階層週末都會來這裏休閒度假。

至今，這裏的主要的4個海灘SokhaBeach、OchheutealBeach、IndependenceBeach、VictoryBeach還沒有被高度開發，保持着自然風貌。主要出海遊玩海島有高龍撒冷島，高龍島等，每年會有一定數量的遊客來這裏享受陽光海灘，體驗平靜的休閒時光。因中柬關係密切，中國遊客大受歡迎，約佔訪客總量的90%。

這次的方案委託於來自中國大陸的投資者對位於柬埔寨王國西哈努克港臨近海邊的一棟10層在建公寓建築進行改造設計；

酒店位於柬埔寨王國西哈努克市西湖國際酒店與南海明珠酒店旁，

建築共5600㎡；

結合實際經營使用情況，把整個在不規則地塊的在建建築進行了重新的梳理和規劃，結合周邊環境、配套經營重新定義建築的使用功能以及提高空間利用率和使用的舒適性。重新納入了

酒店客房/商務會所/空中酒吧/漢堡輕食/生活超市/診所藥房

等配套服務；在原有建築基礎上進行空間重組規劃，通過結構調整、色彩以及軟裝

搭配

提高整體舒適性與視覺觀賞性,打造一個適合大眾遊客以及到港考察的投資者下榻休閒放鬆的

Sihanohkville, formerly known as KampongSom, is the largest port city in Cambodia.Sihanoukville is the busiest coastal port in Cambodia and the second most important tourist city in the country. It is located on the southwest coast of Cambodia. Before 2018, many white-collar workers in phnom penh would come here on weekends for leisure.

So far, the four main beaches, SokhaBeach, OchheutealBeach, IndependenceBeach, and VictoryBeach, have not been highly developed and remain natural.The main islands to visit are gaolong salim island, gaolong island, and so on. Every year, a certain number of tourists will come here to enjoy the sunny beach and experience peaceful leisure time.Thanks to the close ties between China and Cambodia, Chinese tourists are popular, accounting for about 90 percent of visitors.

The project was commissioned by investors from mainland China to renovate a 10-story apartment building under construction near the seaside port of sihanouk in the kingdom of Cambodia.The hotel is located in the kingdom of Cambodia sihanouk city west lake international hotel and the south sea pearl hotel next to the 10-story building a total of 5,600 square meters;

Combined with the actual operation and use situation, the whole building under construction in the irregular plot was reorganized and planned. Combined with the surrounding environment and supporting operation, the use function of the building was redefined and the space utilization rate and the comfort of use were improved.The hotel room/business club/sky bar/Hamburg light food/life supermarket/clinic pharmacy and other supporting services;On the basis of the original building space restructuring planning, through structural adjustment, color and soft outfit collocation to improve the overall comfort and visual appreciation, to create a public tourists and investors to study in Hong Kong to stay relaxed and comfortable boutique hotel.

結合已完成主體結構進行簡單的外觀調整，用構成設計手法改變傳統砌磚工藝，對墻陽台區域墻面進行透空處理，使得整體白色外墻漆的建築平衡協調，白有趣靈動的光影引入建築體內。

1楼酒店大堂延續建築外觀使用的清水磚作為背景墻，簡潔質樸的紅磚、素水泥地面和溫潤木飾面、白色墻漆形成簡潔明亮對比。

On the 1st floor, the lobby of the hotel continues the building appearance with clear brick as the background wall. The simple and plain red brick, plain cement floor, warm and moist wood finish and white wall paint form a simple and bright contrast.

電梯上到5樓進入的是一個明亮的商務大廳，可供商務會客、公司會議路演等商業性的聚會或產品發佈場所使用，簡潔大廳同時配備了吧檯、投影以及音響設備。

The elevator goes up to the 5th floor and enters a bright business hall, which can be used for business reception, company meeting roadshow and other commercial gathering or product release places. The simple hall is equipped with bar counter, projection and audio equipment.

客房整體採用現代簡約的設計風格，海景套房利用原結構柱劃分出休閒會客的小客廳，灰白色墻體結合淺色系的木地板和進口訂製木家具，拉開窗簾迎面吹來的海風使得在常年炎熱國度的旅途，更加舒適愜意；通過平頂式天花吊頂把不規則結構梁隱藏起來，使得空間更加簡潔幹練，同時做一個平檐收口的灯槽工艺，原本低矮的层高有一个视觉的延伸，通过不同的收口细节营造更加精致细腻的居住體驗。

客房保留最簡潔的空間流綫，突出材質的質感和空間真實性，減少以往酒店常用的各種裝飾品使得入住客人可以得到全身心放鬆和休息，把藍天碧海的大自然景色引入到每一間客房裡作爲入住體驗的一部分。

設計勘察時建築頂部仍是毛坯框架狀態，一側是瞬速拔地而起的城市景觀。而另一側則是一望無際的海景映入眼簾，在與客戶深入溝通後最終決定利用這個平台營造一個露天空中酒吧，把美麗的自然景色納入方案設計的亮點，給入住的客人以及周邊社區民眾配套一個休閒會客場所。

At the time of the design survey, the top of the building was still in the state of blank frame, and on one side was the urban landscape rising rapidly from the ground.On the other side is the endless sea view, after in-depth communication with the customer finally decided to use this platform to create an open air bar, the beautiful natural scenery into the bright spot of the design, for the guests and the surrounding community supporting a leisure place.
