工作場所專業設計公司Oktra,爲瑞士旅遊集團Kuoni集團所設計的英國倫敦的新辦公室。極簡的設計語言與黑白灰的色彩應用,塑造出一個優雅愜意的工作氛圍。

Oktra, a workplace design firm, has designed a new office in London for Swiss travel group Kuoni.The minimalist design language and the color application of black, white and gray create an elegant and comfortable working atmosphere.

Kuoni新辦公室所在大樓與設計團隊此前曾完成的一個項目同處一幢大樓,因此對樓宇構造有着清晰的瞭解.Kuoni集團之前的辦公室分散於兩處,帶來許多不便之處,因此他們需要一個新辦公室將團隊集結在同一屋檐下,並將其品牌形象巧妙的融於設計之中,創建凝聚力。

Kuoni new office building and the design team had to complete a project in a building, so understanding of building structure with clear. Kuoni group office before scattered in two place, bring a lot of inconvenience, so they need a team of the new office will gather under the same roof, and its brand image clever dissolve into design, create cohesion.

通過這次搬遷,Kuoni也徹底改變了他們的工作方式,迎接新時代的到來。設計團隊以開放式的工作場所規劃來鼓勵團隊協作,並引入新的工作場所科技設施來實現靈動辦公。

With this move,Kuoni has also revolutionized the way they work and ushered in a new era.The design team encouraged teamwork with an open workplace plan and introduced new workplace technology to enable smart offices.

項目設計旨在改善和鼓勵交流與協作,並將員工的幸福感放在首選項,所有的會議室居於平面的中心,沿窗規劃員工工位,這樣既能最大限度的利用自然光,也能爲大家提供最佳的城市景觀視野。

The project is designed to improve and encourage communication and collaboration, and to prioritize employee well-being. All meeting rooms are located in the center of the plan, and staff positions are planned along the Windows, so as to maximize the use of natural light and provide the best view of the urban landscape.
