Urban Spaces, a joint office space in Stuttgart, Germany, is designed with simplicity and elegance by the Studio Komo design team.Urban Spaces embodies the new Shared culture, a highly refined Urban oasis created for those looking for offices, meetings or meeting Spaces.

明天的工作場所會是什麼樣子?這個被問了N遍的問題,現在,因爲時代的發展我們終於有了答案。數字化的變革,共享文化的興起,靜態工作站和固定辦公時間的減少,新的工作理念呼之欲出。新工作時代來到了。

What will the workplace look like tomorrow?This has been asked many times, and now, because of the development of The Times, we finally have the answer.The digital revolution, the rise of a Shared culture, the decline of static workstations and fixed office hours, and the emergence of new work concepts.A new era of work has arrived.

認識到了這一切,並將他們的聯合辦公理念變爲現實,於是誕生了城市空間,一家將辦公,會議和活動場所與優質服務結合起來的公司。兩層共800平方米的工作環境,設置了60個工作站,開放式廚房,以及配備全套科技設施的多彩會議室。其設計概念旨在創建一個城市綠洲(城市綠洲)。

realized all this and made their co-working concept a reality, resulting in urban Spaces, a company that combined office, conference and event space with quality service.The two floors have a total of 800 square meters of working environment, with 60 workstations, an open kitchen, and a colorful meeting room equipped with a full set of technological facilities.The concept was designed to create an urban oasis (urban oasis).

空間的中心是一個巨大的,光線充足的中庭,一座新建的樓梯把兩個樓層緊密連接在一起,並通向屋頂露臺。設計團隊在狹窄的空間裏設置了一面鏡面牆,增加空間的進深感,並讓光線向下傳輸。一塊教堂大鐘也在這裏找到自己的安身之處。

At the center of the space is a large, well-lit atrium, with a new staircase connecting the two floors tightly together and leading to a roof terrace.The design team set up a mirror wall in the narrow space to increase the depth of the space and allow light to flow down.A large church bell also found its home here.

整個項目如同一個全面的產品包裝設計。爲此開發了一套全新的圖形設計系統,圖形化設計構築了一個精彩的室內空間。大量吸音毛氈產品的應用爲室內營造舒適的聲學效果;豐富的燈光設計營造完美的光照環境,而每間會議室都以獨特而精細的設計彰顯着與衆不同。

The whole project is like a comprehensive product packaging design.Therefore, a new set of graphic design system was developed, and the graphic design built a wonderful interior space.The application of a large number of sound-absorbing felt products creates a comfortable acoustic effect for the interior;The rich lighting design creates a perfect lighting environment, while each meeting room stands out with its unique and elaborate design.
