房子是一个空间，而家是一段时光。我们希望雕刻的是一个优雅的容器，装载着一路走过的欢声笑语，记载一段如歌的葱荣岁月，漫拾光阴，犹如那一缕缕阳光静静地铺开，舒适、自然。

A house is a space and a home is a time. We hope that the sculpture is an elegant container, carrying all the way through the laughter, recorded a song of the years of prosperity, diffuse pick up time, like that continuously sunshine quietly spread out, so comfortable, natural.

项目位于新郑市龙湖镇，规划为8层电梯花园洋房，整体建筑及景观采用新亚洲主义风格，致力于中西文化的完美融合，重视人性化需求。

The project is located in longhu town, xinzheng city. It is planned to be an 8-floor elevator garden house. The overall architecture and landscape adopt the new asianism style.

现状分析:

项目原建筑是三房两厅两卫，三层洋房。包含负一层休闲厅、一层家庭会客厅、二层卧室。

根据现场情况分析为两点：

1. 三层洋房户型配比三个卧室功能紧凑、单一。

2. 主卧面积较小，缺少主卫。

The original building of the project is a three-room, two-hall, two-bathroom, three-floor house. It contains a leisure hall on the first floor, a family reception room on the first floor and a bedroom on the second floor.

According to the analysis of the scene, there are two points:

1. Three-floor foreign-style house has a matching ratio of three bedrooms with compact and single functions

2. The master bedroom has a small area and lacks a master bathroom.

-1F-2F动线模拟分析如下⊿

动线分析：

-1层：主要功能配置为家庭手工区、影音区、独立的儿童娱乐区、乐活健身、女主爱好区（服装设计师）。

1层：入口设计内置衣柜，客厅餐厅通透空间连贯，一层卧室定位为老人房，配比一个公用卫生间。

2层：将原建筑挑空区封闭为独立朝南带阳台的主卧空间，并与建筑单位沟通改造，主卧增加独立卫生间与衣帽间。原建筑书房及卧室位置分别配置为儿童房和次卧。

-1F: the main functions are family handicraft area, video and audio area, independent children's entertainment area, lehuo fitness area and heroine hobby area (costume designer).

1F: the entrance is designed with built-in wardrobe, the living room and dining room are connected. The first floor bedroom is positioned as the old people's room, with a public toilet.

2F: the original building was enclosed as a master bedroom with a balcony facing south, and communicated with the building unit for renovation. Independent toilets and closets were added to the master bedroom. The study of former building and bedroom position configure respectively for children room and second lie.

负一层为现代人热衷的私人空间，面积不大，但小而美。木质肌理的温和色调，使有限的空间里细致入微，营造出各种活动类型的适用空间。

Negative one is the private space that modern people are fond of, the area is not big, but small and beautiful. The mild tone of wood texture makes the limited space delicate and creates a suitable space for all kinds of activities.

容纳手工区，影音区，健身区，孩童区，工作室等，同时又使得每个空间都具有独特气质，和体验感受。

It accommodates the handicraft area, video and audio area, fitness area, children's area, studio, etc., and at the same time makes each space has its unique temperament and experience.

空间采用半室外的手法引入绿植让阳光从天井自然洒落,将主人爱好植入到空间内部。手工台陈列着主人，喜爱的各种小物，记录某天的海边漫步、某月北海道的星空雪野、周末市集、自制手工艺...

The space adopts the semi-outdoor approach to introduce green plants to let the sunlight fall naturally from the patio, and implant the host's hobby into the space. The handicraft table displays the host, all kinds of

favorite small things, record a day of walking by the sea, a month of Hokkaido stars snow, weekend market, homemade handicraft...

慢煮光阴一盏茶的闲适，是琴棋书画、春秋雅集促成的风骨。在这里，飞鸟可上天，鸟兽能语言，只需拿起笔，这一方简单的工作台就

是妙趣横生的魔法天地。

一层客厅地拼向两侧“人”字

形延伸，增加空间横向张力，线与面的结合丰富了艺术形态在简单空间里的多层次变化。

客厅与餐厅串联，使居家空间更加通透宽敞，增加互动性，餐桌除设置咖啡吧，在阳台享受着甜蜜的下午茶或者沉醉在咖啡的微醺下，空间给人一种对未来美好生活的向往。

主卧通过改造具有独立卫生间及强大的衣帽收纳系统的整体功能，亚麻质感的床品及宽敞的阳台，体现出生活的高品质需求。卧室最为重要的，不过是一榻安睡。

Master bedroom is transformed to have the integral function of independent toilet and powerful clothes and hats receiving system, linen qualitative bed is tasted and capacious balcony, reflect the high quality demand of the life. The bedroom is the most important, it is a bed however sleep peacefully.

以舒适为准则，透露着温馨、雅致的自然味道，手工、咖啡等休闲空间展现一种新的生活方式泡一壶香气扑鼻的奶茶，捧着就过了一个冬。

Take comfortable as criterion, revealing sweet, refined natural flavour, the recreational space such as handwork, coffee shows a kind of new life style bubble the milk tea with a pot of tangy aroma, holding spent a winter.

儿童房更加色泽明媚，内在是灵动跳跃的童年。温和的乳白与粉恰对应着孩童认知世界中的天真与活泼。

Children room is more beautiful color, inside is clever bouncing childhood. The mild whiteness and pink correspond to the innocence and liveliness in children's cognitive world.
