LAYER  PUBLIC  SPACE

说在前面 | 本套户型属于复式结构，楼上业主有可居住空间，楼下地下室总层高5.5m左右.很棒的一个基础条件，空间可玩性非常高，也基于业主本身的一个需求，希望空间它所表现出来的状态会更有一个家的感觉（我们的理解偏向于色调、材质本身的变化）同时也希望这个空间本身可以为自己的小孩提供一个可以玩乐更加多功能的趣味性空间，当然空间当中的一些元素也要符合大人们的喜好.

Talking about the front | This apartment type is a duplex structure. The owner upstairs has habitable space, and the total height of the basement downstairs is about 5.5m. A great basic condition, the space is very playable, and it is also based on the owner's own needs , I hope that the state of the space will have a more homey feel (our understanding is biased towards changes in color and material itself). I also hope that the space itself can provide children with a more multi-functional fun. Space, of course, some elements in the space should also meet the preferences of adults.

在整体色调的定位上我们延续黑白灰所带来的冷峻感，同时用木色调去做一定的缓和.儿童的元素则体现在色彩上的变化，在孩童活动区中，通过一些粉色和蓝色的组合门板去做变化，门板的造型则通过半弧形的组合去体现小孩所喜欢的一些元素，木屋子的造型则可以满足小孩平时在上面看书、玩耍........

地面的抬高强调了空间的区域划分，而体块组合的多功能盒子则利用空间层高做了上下叠分，下面强调了小孩活动的区域而上方则满足了大人平时偶尔办公的需求

考虑到这套户型最严重的弊端在于空间的采光面有限，因为属于地下室，如何增加各个功能区间的采光亮度也是本案中所需要考虑的，为了解决这个问题，所以在很多功能分割的界限上运用了大量玻璃元素，从而让光线在空间中更好的流通，而玻璃的运用也可以让空间的视线有更好的延申，从心理上扩大空间感.

Considering that the most serious drawback of this apartment type is the limited daylighting surface of the space, because it belongs to the basement, how to increase the daylighting brightness of each functional section also needs to be considered in this case. In order to solve this problem, it is used in many functional divisions. A large number of glass elements allow light to circulate in the space better, and the use of glass can also extend the sight of the space and expand the sense of space psychologically.

                                                                                                                                  原建筑楼梯贯穿楼上楼下，作为空间的主干线太过单一，所以在盒子活动区右侧规划出一道动线，从而让行走动线变得更加丰富化.综合整体造价，考虑原建筑楼梯扶手的样式与整体风格还比较协调，所以做了保留，重新刷漆......

黑色窄边框玻璃框门强调了公共活动区与楼梯间的功能关系，透明玻璃保证到了视觉的延申

可滑动的爬梯保证了天井区域和公共区域的连接关系，为了最大化保证这个空间的采光，采光井区域和周边的功能关系没有作过多的“隔”.

The sliding ladder ensures the connection between the patio area and the public area. In order to maximize the lighting of this space, the functional relationship between the light well area and the surrounding area is not too "separated".

天井区域的设计也是本案中的一个亮点，我们采用了一个“盒子”的概念，意在体现空间结构的特殊性，可以让户主有一个可以静心的区域.四周采用木地板，墙面采用竖向的黑色凹龛，拉开层次关系.远处的那面白墙则通过一幅落地挂画强调视觉的落脚点......

女主人和她家的小姑娘在黑板墙上涂涂写写，加强了孩子与家长的情感联系，也同时满足了孩子喜欢涂涂画画的天性.

墙面上的蓝色挂钟在绿色的黑板墙上也成为了一个非常好的点缀.......

叠层楼梯下方我们设置了景观区域，当空间当中有了绿色后，也就有了生命.白色的石子与周边的关系形成对比，也给空间增添了不少意境

Below the stacked stairs, we set up a landscape area. When there is green in the space, there will be life. The white stone contrasts with the surroundings and adds a lot of artistic conception to the space.

绿植的引入也让小房间的关系变得更加灵活，事业上不再是我们结构上的材质，也有了绿色的生命

小朋友在白色的小狗上玩耍，

远处的绿景也颇有一点韵味......

The children are playing on the white puppies, and the green scenery in the distance is also quite charming...

GUESTBEDROOM  SPACE

临时客房没有考虑过多的材质装饰，白色的墙面、木色柜子、白色的门板....调整元素的比列，通过温暖的灯光营造温馨的空间.

Temporary guest rooms did not consider too much material decoration, white walls, wooden cabinets, white door panels... adjust the ratio of elements to create a warm space through warm lighting.

CHILD ACTIVITY AREA ANGLE  SPACE

玻璃的元素让空间的感觉变得更加灵动了，坐在小孩活动区的地面上透过玻璃可以看到卧室的光景.......

The glass element makes the space feel more agile. Sitting on the floor of the children's activity area, you can see the scenery of the bedroom through the glass...

ENTRY ANGLE  SPACE

地下车库的入口，开门进来就可以看到一整面转角柜，玻璃框门的柜体中放满了孩子妈和孩子一起做的乐高玩具.每天回来，看到满满的一面回忆，一天的疲劳感也会消失了......

At the entrance of the underground garage, when you open the door, you can see a whole corner cabinet. The glass frame door cabinet is filled with Lego toys made by the child’s mother and the child. Come back every day and see a full of memories. The fatigue will also disappear...

NEGATIVE ANGLE  SPACE

墙面的挂钟和远处红色半圆的洞洞板协调空间的墙面，让白色的空间变得更加生动了

洞洞板上的挂件平时可以放一些好看的好玩的小物件，通过这一小节楼梯上去映入眼帘的是我们的休憩区，工作累了或者想找个地方陪小孩子一起看看书 拼拼乐高玩具，都是非常不错的选择

The wall clock on the wall and the red semicircular hole in the distance coordinate the wall of the space, making the white space more vivid

The pendant on the hole board can usually put some good-looking and fun small objects. Through this small section of stairs, we can see our resting area. If you are tired from work or want to find a place to accompany the children to read books and play Lego Toys are very good choices

远处壁炉的火焰也在黑夜中给了我们更多的启示，也让我们的心灵有了更多的安慰....

近处的小牛凳子与墙面上的洞洞板交相呼应，小牛的造型也让空间的形体丰富了不少趣味 .

CLOAKROOM  SPACE

衣帽间的设计我们采用开敞式的设计手法，黑色的柜体与蓝色的墙面形成更加冷峻的感觉也强调那种力量感，而地板的木色则作为一种缓解

The cloakroom is designed with an open design technique. The black cabinet and the blue wall form a more austere feeling and emphasize the sense of power, while the wood color of the floor serves as a relief

蓝色墙面的洗墙灯，让墙面的光线变得更加柔和.衣帽间的层板灯也更加强调了整体结构的线条感

NEGATIVE AISLE  SPACE

从衣帽间的入口看向远处，两边的玻璃谷仓门可推可拉，而门体的造型则通过方格的变化强调空间层次

Looking into the distance from the entrance of the cloakroom, the glass barn doors on both sides can be pushed or pulled, and the shape of the door body emphasizes the spatial level through the change of the square

长条的空调风口拉升空间横向关系

右侧的无框玻璃扶手也最大程度上保证了光线的流通和现代感

LARGE ANGLE OF SPACE

站在楼上过道也可以和楼下的人可以和更好的沟通，电视墙的设计则通过金属和木头的结合强调力量感

Standing upstairs in the aisle can also communicate better with the people downstairs. The design of the TV wall emphasizes the sense of strength through the combination of metal and wood.

两条层板灯也强调空间横向的光源感，远处蓝色的墙面则让空间有了更多的幻想，上下一体的蓝色也让空间变得更加整体

坐在小孩活动区的地板上望向电视墙，开启家庭影院是的时候，就可以把投影幕布拉下来，一家人坐在这里，其乐融融.......

Sit on the floor of the children’s play area and look at the TV wall. When the home theater is turned on, the projection screen can be pulled down, and the family can sit here and enjoy themselves...

一把木马椅让空间顿时变得有趣了.......

A wooden horse chair makes the space suddenly interesting...

考虑到楼层上下的不方便性，所以我们在初步方案规划的时候考虑了楼下区域需要一个水吧区同时也考虑到女业主和孩子偶尔会做一些小甜点，更好的丰富了功能

BATHROOM SPACE

卫生间的整体调性依旧延续公区活动的设计元素，墙面上竖向铺贴的小白长砖更好的拉升了空间层高，浴室柜和挂毛巾的梯子都充满了生活的味道

The overall tone of the bathroom still continues the design elements of the public area activities. The small white long bricks on the wall have better heightened the height of the space. The bathroom cabinets and the ladder for hanging towels are full of the taste of life.

而镜面则反射了另一面墙的色彩元素，通过蓝色拉开层次关系，也让空间变得更加有层次感

LANDSCAPE AREA SPACE

近处的造型绿景与透过楼梯间隙的光线形成一种呼应.....而灰色的背景则拉开空间关系更好的突出绿植在视野上的重心感

The nearby green landscape and the light passing through the gap between the stairs form a kind of echo...and the gray background opens up the spatial relationship to better highlight the center of gravity of the green plants in the field of vision

PATIO AREA

坐在懒人沙发上看着天窗外的风景，放一首喜欢听的音乐，看一本爱看的书，喝一杯清茶.........

Sitting on a lazy couch looking at the scenery outside the skylight, playing a music you like to listen to, reading a book you love to read, drinking a cup of tea.........
