瑞典湖畔大地民族风公寓

Le long du lac Mälaren, à deux pas des berges, cet appartement en duplex joue la carte du gris, de la couleur terre et de l’ethnique chic, dans une usine construite en 1940 et dessinée par le duo d’architectes  Sven Backström et Leif Reinius pour Ericsson. En 2004,  Johanson Linnman Architekter a transformé l’ancienne usine en appartements dont les balcons donnent sur le lac. Avec une hauteur de 5 mètres sous plafond, l’espace a permis d’installer deux chambres et une mezzanine et de double la surface habitable du lieu.
