/ 白天不懂夜的黑 /

不好意思，我们放弃这次合作，希望您考虑其他设计团队。

本案屋主是曾获得过国家优质工程金奖的总监理工程师，对于设计、施工、原材料供应商要求自然比较高，设计效果以及预算的把控拿捏非常理性。对于合同细则更非常严谨，每一项都非常仔细，并且对我们的设计合同进行了非常精细的补充和调整，以至于这份法务都认为非常专业的合同沿用至今。可当时我们项目饱和的情况下我们拒绝了三次这位“麻烦”的业主。

伊布＆皮卡丘

01.原始空间

房屋为商住房，原先是作为办公使用，老小区的陈旧和破损，有些地方层高问题显得特别压抑。且室内除了另一侧的生活阳台朝南，其它空间大多朝北，采光受到影响屋内不够明亮。

拆除之后邀请屋主直接入住。

拆除之后裸露的墙面，红砖，铸铁管屋主想要的工业风元素都有了。

/五口之家的期待/

·拥有两只喵星人的五口之家；

·客餐厅为家人与喵星人的共同互动空间；

·除满足两间日常卧室的同时，考虑增加书房供男女主人办公及缝纫和手工使用；

·厨房可考虑封闭或半封闭的形式；

·各个空间的收纳功能需要充分考虑日常用品、生活工具、喵星人用品、其他用品，尽可能的让空间保持整洁。

02. 相交与平行

玄关

是家的起点，在这里设置顶天立地的收纳柜，主要存放当季穿的鞋子以及换下的外套。

换鞋凳分隔了玄关与电视背景墙，欧松板间的镜子映射着屋内的欢闹。

夜幕降临，灯光洒落在淡灰微水泥地面及伊姆斯躺椅上。在这个暗色系为主色调的氛围下，一束束灯光像是一杯杯琥珀色酒液，闭上双眼，躺在沙发上，感受最惬意的微醺状态。

顶面天花的留白搭配无主灯设计，突出了风格主题又巧妙地“隐藏”了层高低及采光不足的缺陷。

工业风与现代风混合，既不完全复古，又不落后潮流。明装的灯管、红砖与微水泥碰撞，新旧材质碰撞出新的火花，各有特色又协调。奶牛地毯的加入，是这酷黑的空间里的反差萌。

旧小区的窗沿狭窄，并为了保留符合风格的简洁线条感，于是玻璃夹百叶成了完美选择，拉上后整个空间多了些许朦胧意境。透过百叶的光影，拉长了屋内人的身影，这一幕显得更意味深长。

铲屎官，别忙了，快陪我玩~

翻开置物架上泛黄的连环画，不远处的猫咪闻声而来。一不留神，就跃上书桌。回想起准备工作，刚刚打开笔记本或摊开布料时，它就要上前来打扰，想你再多陪它玩一会儿。

猫舍

采用木质的亲近感包裹着，在硬朗中略带些许温暖。将猫舍设在餐厅旁，不管是在餐厅吃饭，还是在客厅看电视，又或是在书房看书，一举一动都逃不过猫咪的视线。

旁边的猫洞是猫咪可以进出猫舍的秘密通道。

餐厅灯简洁的线条、半球灯罩，在整个空间里无过多浮华粉饰。

整面墙的收纳柜、酒柜，充分满足屋主日常收纳所需。

暗黑系厨房

像是一位穿了全黑套装的冷峻先生，酷酷的人，自然也要搭配酷黑厨房。

冰箱和橱柜面板都是复刻自然原石的肌理，搭配金属的硬朗质地，让每一次触碰都怦然心动。

原本厨房设计在书房的位置，但是由于面积过于狭小，无法满足中西厨基本使用及收纳功能。于是设计在现在的位置，虽然距离客餐厅稍远了一些，但是空间扩大了，有更多空间施展厨艺。

鱼骨砖的亮面与哑光面相互交替拼接，富有节奏感，在暗黑冷峻的空间里多了些活跃。

厨房不锈钢台面是屋主在装修前就决定好的选择，它防水防污且表面光滑便于清洁，但是如果一旦被刮出痕迹就无法补救。我们也提醒过屋主，他却觉得：“这是时间的痕迹”。突然领悟到，这大概也是屋主如此钟爱工业风的原因之一。

卫生间的长虹玻璃门和台盆等以及上文中的很多材料都是屋主自己订购的，还有阳台定制推拉门等等。屋主发挥了其超强的采购才能，在保证设计效果的前提下，自己精心对比挑选出性价比高的材料，从而控制住预算。家里每一处都有屋主自己的小心思，用心完美自己的家，在吻合其气质的同时流露出个性与品味。

04. 施工过程
