The total area of ​​this small apartment in Kyiv is only 32 sqm, but its design perfectly combines the functionality of a one-bedroom apartment and bright modern design. Since the apartment is part of a new residential complex, the original layout was minimally changed: the insulated loggia was attached to the bedroom, and the bathroom was slightly enlarged into to the kitchen (the owner does not cook much, so the kitchen turned out to be quite small).
