HBA Architecture, a division of Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA), is an international design practice with offices in Shanghai and Singapore that provides architectural and master planning design services. The architectural team work alongside all HBA design divisions across 22 global offices to support their architectural design services.

Richard L Kuei

     Richard是HBA合伙人，负责HBA建筑，也是美国建筑师协会（AIA）成员。

他二十多年的工作履历中包括了遍布美国及亚洲的诸多总体规划，商业综合体和商业建筑设计项目。

建筑规划设计的专业经验让他惯以理性视角开展一个项目的空间规划，同时他的国际化视角与对细部的注重在设计深化中提供了创意与设计方案的平衡。

    Richard is an HBA Partner and Principal in charge of HBA Architecture. He has more than twenty years of experience in Master Planning, Commercial Mixed-use and Retail Architecture projects experience in the US and throughout Asia. His professional training in architecture planning design have allowed a pragmatic approach to space planning, while his global perspective and attention to detail provide a creative balance in design solutions during design development.

Dongmin Shim

   作为HBA建筑新加坡办公室的总监，Dongmin专注于提供标志性目的地，帮助客户充分发挥其投资潜力。

拥有哈佛大学经济学和建筑学学位的背景， Dongmin具有独特的建筑视角，他将创新、体验设计与战略思维相结合，深刻理解市场力量和技术如何塑造我们的生活。

      As the Director of the Singapore architecture studio, Dongmin focuses on delivering iconic destinations and helping Clients realize the full potential of their investments. With a background in economics and architecture, Dongmin brings a unique perspective to architecture that combines innovative, experiential design with strategic thinking and deep understanding of how market forces and technology are shaping our lives.
