Tianrun FuXi Avenue located in the core area of Beijing National Olympic Park with a good public transport network. Based on the elegant life in the 16th arrondissement of Paris: HBA, the leading international design team, with its outstanding interior design talent, has created a livable community in the post-Olympic era for luxury private residence located in the center 7 hectares’ tranquil garden. 

明亮的空间布局、低调典雅的设计手法为样板房营造顶级的生活环境；HBA对手工艺的高标准，以其精致的细节，展现出生活的品位与艺术感，让豪华感永不过时。

With application of bright space layout, low-key elegant design and HBA's high standard of craftmanship and exquisite details, the show flat presents the top living environment and its everlasting sense of taste and art of life.

在HBA Procurement沿用了设计团队在豪宅中选取的令人倍感温暖舒适的材料饰面，完美还原设计，并且在保证外观品质的基础上，提升内部结构，攻克许多设计到落地难以实现的工艺问题，最终让实用融于美观之中。

Xinggong Cun, located in the FengTai District of Beijing, its unique location implies shock between modern and historical, Eastern and Western cultures. 

作为不同文化混合之地的北京，丰富的历史背景为这座城市带来了独特的光环，全球化也使其成为东西方传统文化的熔炉。北京，一个强大的城市经济体，适应了生活方式的不断变迁，也同时仍保留着它古老的历史魅力。

As a mixture of different cultures, Beijing’s rich historical background has brought a unique aura to the city, and globalization has also made it a melting pot of traditional culture in the East and West. Beijing, a powerful urban economy, adapts to the changing lifestyles while still retaining its ancient historical charm.

For the past centuries, the pursuit of luxury lifestyles has continued to change. From art to lifestyle, the exploration of art craftsmanship and integration of modern Western art, HBA introduces this change into interior design, interpreting the classical charm of East by tactfully use of modern luxury style.
