An industrial building in 1910 in New York, brick walls, high ceilings and huge open space – today we have a true Americanloftwith all the characteristics that the first homes of this type have. The interiors were designed for a young businessman who, due to the pandemic, decided that it was in such a space that he would like to while away the long evenings at home. The designer created very light and laconic interiors, diluting them with bright and stylish decor items, as well as cool interior solutions. For example, the ceiling is decorated with original cast-iron panels – such a technique, frankly speaking, is rarely found in New York homes.
