 美的金科原上——重庆渝北中央公园学区榜片区。两层紧凑型复式楼，除扩建露台面积以外，不太受防水防潮技术干扰，室内用材用料都采用机理乳胶漆饰面，更好的通风和采光是业主对生活的基本诉求

The terrace on the first floor is incorporated into the living dining room, which is just close to the outdoor light while protecting the indoor activity space

客厅

 一楼露台纳入客餐厅，刚好的接近室外光线，同时保障室内活动空间。公共卫生间放置楼梯间过道，共享空间使其更宽敞，也保证一楼更多的使用频率

客厅

  封闭厨房扩展最大尺度，保证更多的功能空间，复古茶色厨房门作为视觉焦点，烘托整套房屋的氛围，灯具及多元素的餐椅组合，给生活增加乐趣打破呆板的持续，温度感十足

空间虽小，功能必须足够保障，纯钢架楼梯及扶手，最大限度的减少浪费，旋转楼梯下利用储物，不最求完美只为生活所需。

Although the space is small, the function must be enough to ensure, pure steel stairs and handrails, to minimize waste, under the use of rotary stairs storage, not the most perfect only for the needs of life.

二楼过道

二楼过道没有通风和采光，利用小女儿房间做透窗，两面都有了视觉装饰，不再沉闷。顶上弧形处理拉高视觉感，也保障了空调管道位置。一根网红灯不妨也试试跟一下潮流，也是致敬这个灯具的设计师。

河流造型，自然也是人为，背景手绘明清中式图样，回首过往繁华，今世和平安稳来之不易，对生活的热爱和延续都像水一样，顺利汹涌，一直延续美好！

儿童房

两个女儿房各自喜欢的颜色，童真的活跃，之前没有单独睡觉的经历，对安全感也有考虑，两个衣柜背靠背，做一个共同可以穿越的暗门，连接两姐妹的情感同时生活多了些许趣味 ，星空灯作为另外一个氛围烘托的工具都安排上
