设计师马涛对本案寄语：人之所以想要一个家，其实是想要一个温暖的地方。首先是为了获得身体的温暖或者舒适的地方，然后才是情感的温度。对设计倾注真情，让温暖流淌室内空间。

原始户型南北通透，整体通风采光很好，但厨房太小，功能不够分配，需要占用一部分餐厅区域。

北阳台面积小，而且还得放置空调主机，所以会显得过于拥挤。

单独阳台空间影响大平层客厅空间格局和通透感。

主卧主卫较拥挤，主卧和北向小卧室设计成可分可合套间，增加空间利用率。

次卧空间需扩大，设计重新规划布局让生活更舒适。

The original house type is transparent from north to south, and the overall ventilation and lighting are very good, but the kitchen is too small and the functions are not distributed enough, so it needs to occupy part of the restaurant area. The area of beiyangtai is small, and the air conditioner has to be placed, so it will appear too crowded. The single balcony space affects the spatial pattern and permeability of the large flat living room. The master bedroom and the master bathroom are crowded. The master bedroom and the north facing small bedroom are designed as separable and combined suites to increase the space utilization rate. The second bedroom space needs to be expanded, and the layout needs to be redesigned to make life more comfortable.

温暖的原木及色系贯穿，舒适的氛围扑面。透亮的玻璃、高级的大理石、质感皮质，各种有生命的材料恰到好处地融合，透过点光源的照射，构就了空间独有的魅力，灵动的悠然之美尽显。

客厅

空间场域舒适而放松，大地色系儒雅大气，现代风铺就空间灵气动人的格调，柔软、欢悦且有温度。阳光、原木、清透感的石材块面，随书的书籍翻阅品读，岁月静好里交融出空间静怡安详的氛围。

The master bedroom continues the overall space style and color system, blending the artistic form and lifestyle, so as to highlight the extraordinary quality.
