本案龙湖.景粼天序平层户型，业主为年轻夫妇，喜欢简洁有空间感，设计师王楠根据业主气质为出发，在空间的架构中打破平淡与常规，构筑空间自内而外的场域精神，回应居住者对生活质感的追求。

This case is Longhu Jingling Tianxu flat floor house type. The owner is a young couple who likes simplicity and a sense of space. Based on the owner’s temperament, designer Wang Nan breaks the plain and routine in the space structure, constructs the field spirit of the space from inside to outside, and responds to the residents’ pursuit of life texture.

原始户型南北通透，客厅、餐厅公共区域比较通透，房屋内的采光通风条件比较好，南向两间房视野开阔，功能配比合理，但其次卫生间面积配比小，北向房间面积配比小，门厅面积配比率过小，设计合理规划让生活更舒适。

The original house type is transparent from north to south, and the public areas of the living room and restaurant are relatively transparent. The daylighting and ventilation conditions in the house are relatively good. The two rooms in the South have a wide field of vision and reasonable function ratio. However, the area ratio of the toilet is small, the area ratio of the rooms in the north is small, and the area ratio of the lobby is too small. The design is reasonable and planned to make life more comfortable.

设计方案 design scheme

充分利用大平层优势，通过开放式布局设计，极大程度满足业主社交、情感联络需求，颠覆传统意义的客厅设计。大面积落地窗，引领着室内的光线，顺应建筑的外观，将室内空间做的更加开放，也将窗外的景更好的引入室内，为居住者提供了更自然的空间感受与氛围。

进入私密主卧空间，木质格栅充满现代感，空间中多用实木材质元素，让温馨氛围与自然生机蔓延。卫生间注重功能划分，空间被利用的很合理，石材墙面的纹理延续主卧风格，统一融合中彰显着高级感。

Entering the private master bedroom space, the wooden grille is full of modern feeling. Solid wood material elements are used in the space to spread the warm atmosphere and natural vitality. The bathroom pays attention to the functional division, and the space is used reasonably. The texture of the stone wall continues the master bedroom style, highlighting the high-level sense in the unified integration.

男孩房灰白木色调的组合平静而又舒适，可爱童趣的卡通摆件在现代简约风格中，能感受到活泼和质感间的融合。临窗而设的学习台，让私密的小世界亦有一片澄明的风景。跳跃的节奏中不失柔软与细腻，舒适生活快乐学习。The combination of gray and white wood tones in the boys’ room is calm and comfortable. The lovely cartoon ornaments with childlike interest can feel the integration of liveliness and texture in the modern simple style. The learning desk set up near the window gives a clear scenery to the private small world. It is soft and delicate in the jumping rhythm, comfortable life and happy learning.

女儿房清爽温柔的配色，让纯净的少女心盛放，优雅线条让空间宽敞整洁，视线所及之处得以延伸，搭配软萌摆件与创意灯饰，灯光晕染烘托出一种温馨恬静的氛围。

The fresh and gentle color matching of the daughter’s room makes the pure girl’s heart bloom. The elegant lines make the space spacious and clean, and the sight can be extended. It is matched with soft and cute ornaments and creative lighting. The halo of light sets off a warm and quiet atmosphere.

合理利用空间结构，为访客规划出一间客房。新宅从物件本身到空间，秉承着现代主义风格的理念，处处透露着温暖。自然纯粹的色调，木材的温润，这里暖阳照耀，构成了一幅平静美好的画面。
