本案龙湖紫宸底跃户型，业主夫妻两人，偶尔有长辈和一个女儿来短住，三代人的生活习性让新家的期盼有所不同。设计师苏小明及其团队用现代简约的手法，以追求内心的安宁、享受生活的惬意为出发点，串联起人与空间的精神共鸣。

In this case, Longhu Zichen Diyue house is the owner’s husband and wife, with elders and daughters. The living habits of the three generations make the expectations of the new home different. Designer Su Xiaoming and his team use modern and simple methods to connect the spiritual resonance between people and space with the starting point of pursuing inner peace and enjoying the comfort of life.

350 平底跃户型，客厅宽敞明亮，采光视野通透开阔，地下室 5.6 米挑高，空间较大可加夹层，增加使用面积。赠送通风井道每层可做室内电梯井道和储藏间，二层三房两卫功能紧凑，没有多余浪费。但其地下室北侧采光通风差，较潮湿，入户缺少遮雨门廊，一楼厨房空间狭小，卫生间过大，楼梯尺度偏小，舒适性差；主卧衣帽间偏小，南北通透性不够。

生活的空间应该是自由的，流动的。客厅并不需要以电视为中心，设计特意偏置一侧，增强客餐厅整体空间感。没有清晰的边界，沙发、餐桌，都可以成为人在空间活动的场域。空间是灵动的，随每一处生活场景变化，和谐而有力量的控制着整个空间格局与情绪释放。

The living space should be free and mobile. The living room does not need to be TV centered. The design is deliberately biased to one side to enhance the overall sense of space of the guest restaurant. Without a clear boundary, sofa and dining table can become the field of people’s activities in space. Space is flexible. With the change of each life scene, it harmoniously and powerfully controls the whole spatial pattern and emotional release.

餐厅打造干净纯粹的空间基调。一体化设计，大面积落地采光，明亮通透。大理石餐桌营造出舒适的光感，开敞式布局营造团圆和美的亲切感，让室外自然与室内互动，每一个角落都是风景。The restaurant creates a clean and pure space tone. Integrated design, large-area floor lighting, bright and transparent. The marble dining table creates a comfortable sense of light, and the open layout creates a cordial feeling of reunion and beauty, so that the outdoor nature interacts with the indoor, and every corner is a landscape.

抛弃传统茶室浓重的包浆感和繁复的桌椅制式，用干净利落的线条勾勒返璞归真的宁静画面，是传统元素与现代设计风格的一次完美融合。通过空间的留白凝聚空间的精神力量。无论是独坐冥思还是与三五好友围炉夜话，尽享人生百味。

主卧空间设计更注重互动关系及修葺舒适度的细致设想，把陈设元素中的材质、纹理、色彩交织碰撞，干练简洁的线条，温暖的大地色系铺陈，用现代设计手法对精致生活进行全新阐释，清雅自得里温暖相伴。The master bedroom space design pays more attention to the detailed assumption of interactive relationship and repair comfort, interweaves and collides the materials, textures and colors in the furnishing elements, lay out the capable and concise lines and warm earth colors, and use modern design techniques to make a new interpretation of exquisite life, elegant and warm.

衣橱空间，既是私密的场域，也能开窗迎接清新的空气，临窗梳妆，一边眺望远方的美景，一边晨起画峨眉，自由美好的生活，从悠然雀跃开始。

卫生间打破了室外到室内的界限，强调自然统一，在轻松宽敞的氛围中享受私人时光。

The daughter’s room is warm and beautiful. The soft waxy pink with light gray wardrobe presents a fresh and advanced sleep space, pure and peaceful.
