本案河与墅中叠户型，夫妻两人居住，希望这个新的居所简约而不单调，时尚而又舒适，放松又有仪式感。

设计师王清玉及其团队，以现代简约的手法利用多样的自然材质元素，构建了一个具有高质感和舒适感的生活空间，让“平静的奢华”随处感受。

In this case, the owners like the charming Chinese style and the spacious and transparent space. There are three permanent residents, so the house type is more spacious for the space. Based on the background of the owner, designer Ma Bin recombines the space, and uses flexible thinking in all aspects by means of scale, texture and concise modeling, so as to make the design and high-quality residential perfect integration.

户型整体较为规整，可拆改性强，整体通风采光较好。但其入户没有储物空间，过道狭长，楼梯窄且高度较高，主卧布局不合理，需要重新规划布局。

The original house type is relatively regular as a whole, with strong detachable modification, and good overall ventilation and daylighting. However, there is no storage space, the corridor is narrow and long, the stairs are narrow and high, and the layout of the master bedroom is unreasonable, which needs to be re planned.

整体的布局上，首层作为公共空间，包含了客餐厅、中西厨和配套的公卫。开放的空间尺度将都市优雅格调精炼为流畅的空间线条，简约风格，精致设计，既是生活的理念，也是生活的态度。

In the overall layout, the first floor is a public space, including guest restaurant, Chinese and western kitchen and supporting public bathroom. The open spatial scale refines the urban elegant style into smooth spatial lines, simple style and exquisite design, which is not only the concept of life, but also the attitude of life.

利用多样的自然材质元素，以优雅的比例与材质色彩变化，于细节上彰显设计品位，以多种颜色穿插空间，在丰富多层次的灯光效果下，激荡出客厅鲜活且自由舒适的气场。

Using a variety of natural material elements, with elegant proportion and material color changes, the design grade is highlighted in details, and the space is interspersed with a variety of colors to stir up the fresh, free and comfortable atmosphere of the living room under the rich and multi-level lighting effect.

开放式餐厨空间，简练线条托起华美肌理，增设西厨导台与餐桌相连接，色调与材质呈现珠联璧合的叠加魅力。厨房联动推拉门，即可封闭厨房油烟，亦可开放形成互动，设计让家人关系更亲密。

In the open kitchen space, the concise lines hold up the gorgeous texture, and the western kitchen guide platform is added to connect with the dining table. The color and material show the superposition charm of perfect combination. The kitchen linkage sliding door can close the kitchen oil fume and open it to form interaction. The design makes the family relationship closer.

开放的公区布置一方茶台，家居艺术的多元演绎，让爱好为生活注入热情。红色展示柜摆放茶具，氛围灯点缀，艺术格调蔓延。绿植长势喜人，现代和自然，原始与精致，精简及浪漫，演变成品茗间身心的点滴情趣。

The open public area is equipped with a tea table, and the diversified interpretation of home art makes hobbies inject enthusiasm into life. Tea sets are placed in the red display cabinet, decorated with atmosphere lights, and the artistic style spreads. Green plants grow well, modern and natural, primitive and exquisite, concise and romantic, evolving the physical and mental interest of finished tea.

一层安排多功能室，依据空间结构布置成榻榻米客房，家居场所无论大小，重在抚慰情绪、安憩身心。

客卫黑与白的对比，烘托出简约大气的格调。

A multi-functional room is arranged on the first floor, which is arranged into tatami guest rooms according to the spatial structure. No matter the size of the home, it focuses on soothing the mood and resting the body and mind. The contrast between black and white in the guest room sets off a simple and atmospheric style.

二层设计清晰地划分为个人私密空间，承担了主卧、客房、衣帽间等功能，确保私密不会被打扰。凝炼都市繁华的时尚和经典，以明亮利索的手法释放出融融暖意，赋予日常起居满满安心与知足。

The second floor is clearly divided into personal private space, which undertakes the functions of master bedroom, guest room, cloakroom and so on, so as to ensure that the privacy will not be disturbed. Condense the fashion and classics of urban prosperity, release the warmth with a bright and sharp way, and endow daily life with peace of mind and contentment.

主卧以淡雅的色调、温润的质感，形成了一个极具安全感的休憩私密空间。背景墙用简练的白色与温柔的氛围灯，勾勒出空间的层次。千鸟格时尚元素的运用，更显卧室的精致与优雅，浪漫的视觉感受让此处拥有独特魅力。

The master bedroom forms a very safe resting and private space with elegant tone and gentle texture. The background wall uses simple white and gentle atmosphere lights to outline the level of space. The use of thousand bird fashion elements shows the delicacy and elegance of the bedroom. The light visual feeling makes this place have a unique charm.

主卫内，镜面和玻璃的运用，悬浮的柜子与壁挂马桶，创造了轻盈的视觉空间。黑色主调，沉稳的大气，让空间气质游走在有序与无序之间，隐藏的氛围光点亮家的温暖，三分离的手法让沐浴时光亦充满享受与惬意。

In the main bathroom, the use of mirror and glass, suspended cabinet and wall hung toilet create a light visual space. The black main tone and calm atmosphere make the space temperament wander between order and disorder. The hidden atmosphere light lights up the warmth of the home. The three separation technique makes the bathing time full of enjoyment and comfort.

现代城市人居的无限循环方盒子，让设计的专业和情怀，一一化解为理性实用趣味，归家，享受平静中的奢华，让心灵渡假。
