本案万科高新华府底跃户型，业主开封人士偏爱宋朝文化，十分注重对孩子的培养与教育，重视家庭氛围与陪伴时光。

设计师花蕊在设计呈现中，以宋文化为基调，用传统艺术元素碰撞新型生活方式，唤醒心中恰如其分的温情，引发共情掀开内心一角，换来理想居所。

In this case, Vanke Hi Tech Washington Diyue house is owned by Kaifeng people, who prefer Song Dynasty culture, and pay great attention to the cultivation and education of children, family atmosphere and company time. In the design presentation, the designer took the song culture as the keynote, collided with the new lifestyle with traditional artistic elements, awakened the appropriate brilliance and delicacy in the heart, triggered empathy, opened a corner of the heart and bought an ideal residence.

470 平底跃户型，南北通透，客餐厅区域很大采光良好，一楼主卧空间开放，负二楼挑空空间高适合搭建。但其厨房比较小，遮挡采光，负一楼空间功能很混乱，儿童卧室房间空间很小，设计改善问题提升生活品质。

470 flat bottom jump house type, transparent from north to south, large guest restaurant area, good daylighting, open master bedroom space on the first floor and high empty space on the second floor, suitable for construction. However, the kitchen is relatively small, blocking the daylighting, the space function of the lower first floor is very chaotic, and the space of the children’s bedroom is very small. The design is improved to improve the quality of life.

从踏入这里开始，宋文化元素晕染出清新淡雅之味，它没有过于鲜明或者堆叠的束缚，扑面而来的尽然 是沁人心脾的场域。

空间装饰将更简单的现代元素，与古典元素的氛围结合在一起。无论是在软硬装的布局设计中，还是在色彩图案的使用中，都能体现出古雅纯净之感。

Since entering here, the cultural elements of the Song Dynasty have a fresh and elegant flavor. It is not too bright or stacked constraints. What comes to our face is a refreshing field. Space decoration combines simpler modern elements with the atmosphere of classical elements. Whether in the layout design of soft and hard clothing or in the use of color patterns, it can reflect the sense of ancient elegance and purity.

客餐厅最核心的公共区域，打造最具亲和力的氛围感，从材质的运用到色彩的过度，这里“自然而然”，空间气质低调又自由，通过黑白和暖黄的情绪，细细感受着由浅入深的空间情绪变化。

The core public area of the guest restaurant creates the most affinity atmosphere. From the application of materials to the excessive color, it is "natural", and the space temperament is low-key and free. Through the emotions of black-and-white and warm yellow, you can feel the changes of space emotions from shallow to deep.

主卧空间

迷人的色彩搭配带给人从容不迫的愉悦，纯洁无瑕的白月光，搭配古典墨玉色，清风朗月般的优雅，棕色融入，以质朴的皮质雕花营造唯美意境，私密空间润泽内心，无比的平静和安详。

The charming color matching of the master bedroom space brings people leisurely pleasure. The pure white moonlight, combined with the elegance of classical ink jade, and the integration of brown, creates an aesthetic artistic conception with simple leather carving, and the private space moistens the heart, with incomparable peace and serenity.

两个女儿房都以柔和的风格色彩凝练自然的浪漫情愫。温润的人字拼木地板、织物地毯、背景艺术装置，软萌摆件，游走于各个角落，仿佛每一个小物体都充满故事，守护天真可爱童心。

The two daughter rooms condensed natural romantic feelings with soft style and color. Warm herringbone parquet floors, textile carpets, background art installations, soft and cute ornaments walk around every corner, as if every small object is full of stories to protect the innocent and lovely childlike innocence.

茶与书，世间风雅事。在设计上空间色彩纯净不事雕琢，以匀称的造型舒适的比例带来含蓄的美感。借着光线从屋顶的倾洒，在空间中自由穿梭，为木色的浸润增添了更大的发挥自由。在这里，屋主品着茶香翻译书籍，思绪来去自如。

Tea and books are elegant things in the world. In the design, the color of the space is pure without carving, and brings implicit beauty with a symmetrical shape and comfortable proportion. Through the pouring of light from the roof, it shuttles freely in the space, adding greater freedom to the infiltration of wood color. Here, the owner tastes tea and translates books, and his thoughts come and go freely.

重注孩子的教育与培养，为其规划寓教于乐的场所，搭建一个舞台，展示才华成为焦点，亦或举办家庭派对，让孩子在关注中积极向上乐观自信的成长。凝聚了爱的温情基调，让空间变得柔软而舒适。

Focus on children’s education and training, plan a place for them to teach and have fun, build a stage, show their talents and become the focus, or hold a family party to let children grow up positively, optimistic and confident in attention. It condenses the warm tone of love and makes the space soft and comfortable.

另一侧为学习舞蹈的女儿打造一间宽敞的舞蹈室，大面积的落地玻璃一揽屋内的世界，动静之间，浑然天成。关爱成长，毫厘之间的细节，让生活意境充满逸趣，触摸到“家”的真正温度，于平凡的生活中拥抱每一个温暖的日常。

On the other side, a spacious dance room is built for the daughter learning dance. A large area of floor glass takes a look at the world in the house. It is natural between movement and silence. Care for growth, the details of every inch, make the artistic conception of life full of fun, touch the real temperature of "home", and embrace every warm day in ordinary life.
