本案天水锦润华府平层户型，设计师李峻选用了中性色彩作为基底色，强调功能性设计，线条简约流畅，加上不同的细节设计融入，让居者在家找到温馨、自由，不受束缚的感觉，简约家居、低碳生活。

For the flat floor house type of Tianshui Jinrun Huafu in this case, designer Li Jun selects neutral color as the base color, emphasizes functional design, simple and smooth lines, and integrates different detail designs, so that residents can find a warm, free and unfettered feeling at home, simple home and low-carbon life.

户型方正，通风采光较好，空间通透，可拆墙体较多，但其门厅没有采光，餐厨空间不合理，且原房子中心位置为卫生间和保姆间，从风水的格局看刚好是中宫的重要位置，建议保姆间可放在房屋次要位置，重新规划布局，让生活更舒适。

The flat floor house type is square, with good ventilation and daylighting, transparent space and many removable walls, but there is no daylighting in the lobby, the kitchen space is unreasonable, and the central position of the original house is the toilet and nanny room. From the perspective of Feng Shui pattern, it is just an important position of the central palace. 客厅它既是全家活动、娱乐、休闲、团聚等活动场所，又是接待客人对外联系交往的社会活动空间，是家居生活的核心区域，最能体现居住者的个性风格。以深色系为主，稳重大气，对比平衡、对称呼应，使得客厅区域大气中又蕴含着精致的品味。

依据居者喜好，将茶台设置于临窗的客厅，节制的材质选择和巧妙的色彩搭配，茶香袅袅半日浮闲，为屋主创造了一方可以全然放松，与自然对话的舒适空间。

According to the residents’ preferences, the tea table is set in the living room near the window. With controlled material selection and ingenious color matching, the tea fragrance curls for half a day, creating a comfortable space for the owner to relax and talk with nature.

西厨空间简约的手法将功能设备隐藏，整洁的台面使用动线的舒适，均得益于设计在尺度上的精细把控。增设的岛台增添了生活的乐趣，环顾四周轻巧灵动的设计让心情舒畅。

主卧床头背景墙设计大方简洁，线条流畅，富有时尚气息，充分体现自然、闲适、简洁、时尚的新生活理念，营造完美舒适的卧房空间，轻柔的颜色耳目一新，给人内心的宁静。The design of the background wall at the head of the master bedroom is generous and simple, the lines are smooth and full of fashion, which fully reflects the new life concept of nature, leisure, simplicity and fashion, creates a perfect and comfortable bedroom space, and the soft color is refreshing and gives people inner peace.

配套的主卫线条感极强的材质组合在一起，加入时尚精致的金属元素，让梳洗打扮的整体感受浪漫又高雅，大大的浴缸与衣帽间结合，契合现代语境下的摩登情调。
