曲江大城下叠结构，设计师王雨蕾用现代的手法给人们带来无尽的情感共鸣，将感官感受与空间设计美学融合，加以独特的艺术视角，挖掘屋主深层次的物质精神享受，打造闹市中一片安宁的心灵净土，滋养陪伴最可亲的人。

In this case, Qujiang city has a stacked structure. The designer Wang Yulei uses modern techniques to bring endless emotional resonance to people, integrates sensory feelings with space design aesthetics, gives a unique artistic perspective, excavates the house owner’s deep material and spiritual enjoyment, creates a peaceful spiritual pure land in the downtown, and nourishes and accompanies the most amiable people.

△400 平米下叠结构

南北通透，朝向好，空间结构利于改造，私密性较好，空间利用多样性，超大的下沉空间让生活充满无限可能，但其半地下室内采光欠缺，潮湿不通风。设计解决实际问题，将家的功能性放大，让每个人都能拥有自己的独享空间。

The 400 square meter lower stack structure is transparent from north to South and has a good orientation. The spatial structure is conducive to transformation, with good privacy and diverse space utilization. The super large sinking space makes life full of infinite possibilities, but its semi basement lacks daylighting, humidity and ventilation.

超大的下沉式户型，规划一方小院，迎接早晨金黄色的朝阳。

养些喜欢的花草，享受那份来自林野自然的清爽与宁静。

等待云雾从眼前飘过，深深吸一口气，赖在庭院里邂逅一场久违的风，任凭曙光流逝，我心伊始。

The large sunken house type plans a small courtyard to welcome the golden sunrise in the morning, raise some favorite flowers and plants, and enjoy the freshness and tranquility from the forest and wild nature. Waiting for the clouds to pass by, take a deep breath, and encounter a long lost wind in the courtyard. Let the dawn pass, my heart begins.

负一层主要规划设计用于孩子和主人的学习游戏区，将孩子的音乐爱好安放于此，链接下沉花园的景观，增加室内外的互动性，让音符绕耳，爱意相伴，所有美好均在时光里邂逅。

The first floor is mainly planned and designed for the learning and game area for children and their owners, where children’s music hobbies are placed, linking the landscape of the sunken garden, increasing the interaction between indoor and outdoor, making the notes ring around the ears and accompanied by love. All good things are met in time.

另一边满足主人需求，布置一隅安静茶室。定制的菱形柜体丰富空间层次，素雅的颜色铺垫雅致的格调，茶香袅袅，品的是那份自然包容的恬淡心境。按照自己喜欢的方式去生活，惬意又舒适。

On the other side, a quiet teahouse is arranged to meet the needs of the host. The customized rhombic cabinet has rich spatial levels, simple and elegant colors, elegant style and tea fragrance. 负二层主要增加储物空间以及娱乐休闲空间，利用空间结构，打造围合的半圆观影室，让屋主享受生活的多样可能性，去享受朴实无华的休闲氛围，创造专属的浪漫美好观影回忆。

娱乐室的另一边，依据屋主喜好特设品酒区。

通过相应的空间功能提升，实现墅级空间与生活品质的升级。

开放的区域增加导台，点缀波点艺术大师画作与装置艺术摆件，让小酌一杯的情调在环境的烘托下随心所欲且安然自得。

On the other side of the entertainment room, a wine tasting area is set up according to the owner’s preference, and the villa level space and quality of life are upgraded through the corresponding spatial function improvement. In the open area, a guide platform is added to decorate the paintings of wave point art masters and installation art ornaments, so that the mood of having a drink can be arbitrary and safe under the background of the environment.

客餐厅整体色系是以浅暖色系为基调，原木色与高级灰对比不强烈，点缀以鼠尾草绿让空间彰显层次感。设计上去掉原来的卧室区域，以开放式设计手法去诠释空间氛围，使整个空间舒适而明亮。各种材质的组合碰撞催生出空间氛围，静谧质朴，随意亲切，在自由中感受家带来的庇护。

The overall color system of the guest restaurant is based on the light warm color system. The contrast between log color and high-grade gray is not strong. Sage green is dotted to make the space show a sense of hierarchy. Remove the original bedroom area in the design, and interpret the space atmosphere with open design method, so as to make the whole space comfortable and bright. The combination and collision of various materials give birth to the space atmosphere, quiet and simple, casual and friendly, and feel the shelter brought by home in freedom.

开放式的餐厅布局，将原本客厅独享的自然景观融入室内。独立岛台结构的厨房设计，既做到了中西餐式分离，也为家人一起备餐、烘培、早餐等活动提供了条件，有效地促进了空间中的互容性与亲子间的互动性。

The open restaurant layout integrates the natural landscape originally enjoyed by the living room into the interior. The kitchen design of independent island structure not only achieves the separation of Chinese and Western food, but also provides conditions for family meal preparation, baking, breakfast and other activities, and effectively promotes the compatibility in the space and the interaction between parents and children.

二层空间结构改造比较大，最大化增加卧室的使用面积。主卧优化结构后打造舒适套房形式，链接步入式衣帽间，一种无限的力量突破空间的边界，为私密的休憩空间带来便捷动线与装扮的仪式感，从浮躁中脱离出来，享受真实自我的私享领域。

The transformation of the second floor space structure is relatively large to maximize the use area of the bedroom. After optimizing the structure, the master bedroom creates a comfortable suite form and links the walk-in cloakroom. It has unlimited power to break through the boundary of space, bring a sense of convenient movement and dress up ceremony for the private rest space, break away from impetuosity and enjoy the private field of real self.

女孩房则将粉色的温柔进行到底，利用色彩勾勒温馨而梦幻的生活场景。房子形的壁龛，花瓣状的灯具，软软糯糯的萌宠玩具，空间充满童真童趣，温温柔柔包裹一颗纯真少女心。

The girl’s room carries out the tenderness of pink to the end, and uses color to outline a warm and dreamy life scene. House shaped niches, petal shaped lamps and lanterns, soft waxy cute toys, the space is full of childlike innocence and childlike fun, and it is warm and soft to wrap a pure girl’s heart.

男孩房更多的空间给了自由成长，两层的上叠床铺一层学习二层休息，节约出空间给想象插上翅膀，黑板漆的墙面让孩子自由创造，这样的空间生长想象力、情感和觉知，简简单单续写光阴的故事。

The boy’s room has more space for free growth. The upper bunks on the two floors learn on the first floor and rest on the second floor to save space for imagination.
