本案锦园新世纪平层户型，常驻人口夫妇两人，孩子在外求学偶尔回来小住。屋主喜欢温润的木质，自然休闲的空间氛围。设计师王洁以现代简约的表现形式，来满足屋主对于简约却不简单的居室环境要求，营造一个简单自然的生活状态顺势而为，让心灵栖息。

空间分布明确，南北通透，采光很好。但其餐厅厨房过小，局部空间不易利用。客卫横向宽度过小，承重墙体过多，可改动性较小。设计优化布局，让生活更舒适。

The original structure has clear spatial distribution, transparent north and south, and good daylighting. However, its restaurant kitchen is too small and local space is not easy to use. The transverse width of the guest bathroom is too small, there are too many load-bearing walls, and the modifiability is small. Design and optimize the layout to make life more comfortable.

进入新家，增设的玄关自然纹理的岩板做地台，与定制的悬空鞋柜和收纳柜以立体的结构，迎接进入温暖的庇护所。长虹玻璃与盎然绿枝朦朦胧胧间散发出诗意的空间氛围，到处皆诗境，随时有物华。

Entering the new home, the newly added porch is made of natural texture rock plate as the platform, and the customized suspended shoe cabinet and storage cabinet are in a three-dimensional structure to welcome the entry into the warm shelter. Changhong glass and lush green branches exude a poetic space atmosphere. As the saying goes, poetry is everywhere, and there are things at any time.

静谧的原木色地板及木饰面，高级的艺术涂料与木饰面结合，形成空间极少的材料与舒适的色彩搭配，调和出一种大气优雅的空间氛围，以高质量的皮质沙发点缀，局部运用水磨石元素过度，尽享品质雅奢，体现出闲适宁静的休闲格调。

The quiet log color floor and wood veneer, advanced art coating and wood veneer are combined to form a material with little space and comfortable color matching, so as to reconcile an atmospheric and elegant space atmosphere. 原始结构全屋承重墙偏多，餐厅区域狭小逼仄，设计师巧妙将卫生间内退与洗衣房结合，让出空间给厨房与餐厅，合理增设西厨导台，将电器分门别类安置其中，使得整体空间功能完整且带有时尚的高级感，纯粹内敛，又不失精致与品质。

In the original structure, there are too many load-bearing walls in the whole house, and the dining room area is narrow. The designer skillfully combines the retreat of the toilet with the laundry to make room for the kitchen and dining room, reasonably adds a western kitchen guide, and places electrical appliances in different categories, so that the overall space has complete functions and sometimes high-level sense, pure introversion, without losing refinement and quality.

让出一间房规划成休闲书房，将阳台打开归并于此，做抬高地台形成独立又联动的茶室区。从布局规划到色彩、材质、装饰细节，尽致呈现时光里的安然。在闲暇的日常中，处处皆是独到匠心，墨香书本与茶汤，增添生活意趣不负好时光。

主卧床头做木质半高靠背，加入氛围灯带，与艺术涂料形成空间层次，沿着生活的美学脉络，勾勒出舒适惬意的场景。
