本案

振业泊墅复式户型，

业主为退休的老人，日常会带孙子居住在这。

设计师马涛及团队经过充分的沟通，对业主的喜好及日常生活习惯做以充分了解，运用简约新中式的手法为其打造一个诗意流淌的养老新宅，淳朴自然乐享天伦。

In this case, tianchengpin is a happy family of three. The hostess and hostess love life, like learning, and pay attention to the sense of family atmosphere. The overall space hopes to be open and bright. The designer uses pure ivory white and high-grade gray to create a delicate and comfortable minimalist modern space.

复式户型南北通透，通风、采光略欠，一二楼主卧室房间面积宽敞好利用。一楼带院子，户外活动空间充足，但是原厨房空间布局不合理，一楼北侧卫生间空间狭小，采光差，二楼小孩房卧室墙、角、柱较多，设计解决实际问题，为屋主带来舒心生活。

The duplex house is transparent from north to south, with less ventilation and daylighting. The main bedroom on the first and second floor is spacious and easy to use. The first floor is equipped with a yard, with sufficient outdoor activity space, but the original kitchen space layout is unreasonable. The bathroom on the north side of the first floor has narrow space and poor daylighting. There are many walls, corners and columns in the bedroom of the children’s room on the second floor.

基于老人居住的考量，设计师做了空间的重新规划，一层去除掉了一些不必要的房间使得厨房空间面积最大化，同时也使得空间功能更具可变性和多样化，新中式的风格让空间中弥漫着东方诗意的特性。

Based on the consideration of the living of the elderly, the designer has re planned the space, removed some unnecessary rooms on the first floor, maximized the space area of the kitchen, and made the space functions more changeable and diversified. The new Chinese style makes the space full of Oriental poetic characteristics.

进入室内，复式的结构客厅区域挑空，将空间的格局无限扩大。山水写意的通顶壁画极具特色，对称的灯具赋予空间稳重的格调，古色古香的实木家居，带着现代感的弧形曲线，灵动间改变呆板的印象，自由舒适韵律蔓延。

Enter the interior, the duplex structure, the living room area is empty, and the pattern of the space is infinitely expanded. The freehand landscape ceiling murals are very unique. The symmetrical lamps endow the space with a stable style. The antique solid wood home has a modern arc curve, which changes the rigid impression flexibly and spreads freely and comfortably.

餐厅区借大面积落地窗，将庭院美景框选在固定的视线中，绿色如约而至，平添愉悦生机。圆顶呼应着圆桌，团圆和美伴着饭菜可口，家的温暖意义在空间的氛围中渲染，静享其美。

The restaurant area uses a large area of floor to ceiling windows to frame the beauty of the courtyard in a fixed line of sight. Green comes as promised, adding joy and vitality. The dome echoes the round table, reunion and beauty are accompanied by delicious food, and the warm meaning of home is rendered in the atmosphere of space to enjoy its beauty.

利用结构将休闲阳台打造成一方茶室，以胡桃木色为主色调，给人以安静、舒缓、放松的休闲氛围。

茶桌稍显个性的造型，像一种新的视觉语言，带来清新雅致的感受。区域开放，让人的行为更自由互动更亲密。

The structure is used to build the leisure balcony into a tea room, with walnut color as the main color, giving people a quiet, soothing and relaxed leisure atmosphere. The slightly personalized shape of the tea table, like a new visual language, brings a fresh and elegant feeling. Regional openness makes people’s behavior more free, interactive and intimate.

儿童房在合理布局后有更多的可用空间，拥有独立卫生间和阳台阅读区。星空蓝的主色调，童趣之中不乏无穷的想象。

嬉闹攀爬的动物玩偶搭配凹凸错落的置物架，以一个童真纯粹的视角，带孩子去赴一场宇宙自然之约。

The children’s room has more available space after reasonable layout, with independent toilet and balcony reading area. There is no lack of infinite imagination in the main color of starry blue. Playful and climbing animal dolls are matched with concave convex and scattered shelves to take children to an appointment with the universe and nature from a pure perspective of innocence.

原阳台挑空搭建儿童游乐区，优化空间结构满足屋主功能诉求。活泼的色彩打造一个丰富的小世界，小朋友喜欢的各种创意手办与艺术装置，发展想象力和创造力，成为美好生活的开端。

The original balcony is vacated to build a children’s amusement area to optimize the spatial structure and meet the functional demands of the owner. Lively colors create a rich small world. Children like all kinds of creative hand-made and artistic devices to develop imagination and creativity and become the beginning of a better life.
