本案

海伦湾中叠三层户型，设计师晁阳通过对每层空间整体布局分析，重新合理规划，打造出业主心仪的宜居环境。

追寻简约中求艺术，化繁为简的中心思想，以宁缺勿滥为精髓，合理的简化居室，从简单舒适中体现空间灵动的姿态和舒适的生活环境。

In this case, the designer Chao Yang, through the analysis of the overall layout of each floor space, re planned reasonably to create a livable environment that the owners like. In pursuit of the central idea of seeking art in simplicity and transforming complexity into simplicity, we should take the essence of "rather lack than abuse" to reasonably simplify the living room, and embody the flexible posture of space and comfortable living environment from simplicity and comfort.

△270 平米中叠户型

空间整体通风、采光较好，结构可改动性较强，空间内部结构较为规整。

空间结构较为混乱，厨房空间较小且不够规整，人流动线分布较乱，不够明确，设计重新规划布局，合理处理优化功能结构。

The overall ventilation and lighting of the 270 square meter medium stack apartment space is good, the structure can be changed, and the internal structure of the space is regular. The space structure is chaotic, the kitchen space is small and not regular enough, the distribution of people flow line is chaotic and not clear enough, the design re planning layout, reasonable processing and optimization of functional structure.

客、餐厅区域一体化的布局形成环绕动线，空间不呆板营造出灵动自由的感觉。

原户型的厨房面积狭小，使用不便，设计师通过对楼梯的重新布局设计，扩宽厨房面积改善功能满足日常生活需求。

开敞的空间动线串联起日常行为轨迹，一种无负担、有态度的居住方式在这里尽情地表达。

The layout of regional integration of guest and restaurant forms the surrounding moving line, and the space is not rigid, creating a flexible and free feeling. The kitchen area of the original house is narrow and inconvenient to use. The designer widens the kitchen area and improves the function to meet the needs of daily life through the re-layout design of stairs. The moving line of open space connects the track of daily behavior, and a living style with no burden and attitude is expressed here.

从屋内视线向外，一方围合的小小庭院，草木郁郁葱葱，最明亮的阳光，经过空间照亮幽暗之处，闲散座椅伴着悠闲时光，带动着空气也宁静下来，这里是明媚的，是纯粹的，欢快的灵魂体味恬淡的永恒。

From the inside view, a small courtyard surrounded by one side, lush grass and trees, the brightest sunshine, through the space to illuminate the dark place, the leisure seats are accompanied by leisure time, which leads to the calm of the air. Here is beautiful, pure, cheerful soul taste and tranquility.

主卧空间结合主人需求，增加书桌满足其临时办公需求。铁锈红的书桌与床边矮几形成色系呼应，在高级灰中彰显着雅致的情调。光影交错，安静不张扬，回归到天然无雕饰的状态，颇具品位，生活的每一个瞬间都值得用心体验。

Master bedroom space combined with the master’s needs, increase desk to meet their temporary office needs. Rust red desk and bedside short several form color system echo, in the high gray highlights the elegant mood. Light and shadow crisscross, quiet and unremarkable, return to the state of natural without carving, quite taste, every moment of life is worth to experience.

卧空间回归到最极致的简约，在这里任何多余的设计都是不被允许的。灰色墙面增加空间质感，灰色的床与床品沉稳而静谧，不对称的灯成为空间别致的亮色，kaws 人像装置与空间形成趣味互动，有趣的灵魂相伴，浪漫终身。

The main bedroom space returns to the most extreme simplicity, and any redundant design here is not allowed. Gray wall adds space texture, the gray bed and bed products are calm and quiet, asymmetric lights become the unique bright color of space, the kaws human image device and space form interesting interaction, interesting soul accompany, romantic life.

加强整体娱乐氛围，打造出健身、影音、品茗的独立空间，精心挑选的灯具渲染出柔和的氛围感。一天忙碌工作回家后，身居其中，感受柔和的光线跃动，时光悄然变化，投入家的怀抱，日常生活与情感汇流至此，四时交替，生活和美。

Strengthen the overall entertainment atmosphere, create an independent space for fitness, video and tea, and carefully selected lamps and lanterns render a soft atmosphere.
