本案外滩一号大平层户型，业主是年轻有为的 90 后，男业主喜欢简洁大方的现代风格，喜欢空间宽敞通透，女业主知书达理，喜好时尚元素，了解其喜好后，设计师王雨蕾希望空间有人的纯粹自在，没有历史的沉重，不受任何时代的环境束缚，带着鲜明的个性。线条、色彩、艺术品都是他的个人标签，容纳他偏执的、所爱的一切。

In this case, the owner of Bund No.1 flat floor apartment is a young and promising post-90s generation. The male owner likes the simple and generous modern style and the spacious and transparent space. The female owner is knowledgeable and reasonable. She likes fashion elements. After understanding her preferences, the designer Wang Yulei hopes that the space will be pure self-contained, free from the heavy history, free from the environmental constraints of any era and with distinct personality. Lines, colors and works of art are his personal labels, which contain everything he loves and paranoid.

原始结构南北通透，通风、采光良好，房间面积宽敞好利用，临湖而建，地理位置好。但其原始结构承重墙多，部分空间顶面梁体多错落复杂需要合理处理。空间格局基于平层户型设计，各个功能配房面积配比不合理，需要重新规划。

The original structure is transparent from north to south, with good ventilation and lighting. The room is spacious and easy to use. It is built near the lake and has a good geographical location. But its original structure has many load-bearing walls, and some space top beams are scattered and complex, which need reasonable treatment. The spatial pattern is based on flat floor apartment design, and the area ratio of each function room is unreasonable, which needs to be re planned.

入户玄关做了潮牌雕塑展示墙，走廊进客厅使用灯光指引方向，暗藏灯带和磁吸轨道灯，浅色的阴影和开放的空间使其看起来舒适通透。

The entrance porch has made chaopai sculpture display wall, the corridor into the living room uses light to guide the direction, hidden light belt and magnetic absorption track light, light shade and open space make it look comfortable and transparent.

餐厅采用了原木作为主色调，保持了空间的整体性。增设西式导台与半开放的厨房联动，活力的橙色座椅装饰作为点缀。阳光透过大面积的落地窗洒进室内，营造了一个温馨明亮的用餐氛围。

The main color of the restaurant is log, which keeps the integrity of the space. Add western style guide platform and semi open kitchen linkage, dynamic orange seat decoration as embellishment, sunlight through the large area of French windows into the room, creating a warm and bright dining atmosphere.

中厅区域做了吧台区和屋内景观，种树养鱼修生养性，增加自然与人文的关系，打开的空间让心情明朗，舒适的氛围散发自由的气息。

In the middle hall area, there are bar area and indoor landscape, planting trees and raising fish to cultivate the nature, increasing the relationship between nature and humanity, opening the space to make the mood clear, comfortable atmosphere and free atmosphere.

客厅的沙发背景墙，加入玻璃砖屏风扩大沙发区，使得此区域层次丰富。电视墙奢石岩板加地面深灰色岩板，让色彩有一个强烈对比，融入爱马仕橙点亮空间，高级感不言而喻。

The background wall of the sofa in the living room is added with glass brick screen to expand the sofa area, which makes the area rich in layers. The TV wall is made of stone and slate, and the ground is made of dark gray slate, which makes the colors have a strong contrast. The high-level feeling is self-evident.

儿童游戏区简单的线条释放孩子童真的天性，满足成长的各类需求，暗含乐高墙、影音区、游戏区、书房区、墨菲隐形床的多功能空间，成就一家人陪伴的娱乐时间。

The simple lines in the children’s play area release the childlike nature of children and meet the various needs of growth. It contains the multi-functional space of music wall, audio-visual area, play area, study area and Murphy’s invisible bed, which makes the entertainment time for the whole family.

主卧增加玄关的功能让空间更具仪式感，踏入这私密的场地便迎来浪漫感。设计扩大储物功能，有独立衣帽间，躺在床上就可以观湖，舒心又怡然自得。

The main bedroom adds the function of Xuanguan to make the space more ceremonial, and entering this private place will usher in a romantic feeling. The design expands the storage function, has independent clothes and hats room, and can watch the lake on the bed, and enjoy the comfort and self-sufficiency.

主卧配套的衣帽间和主卫彰显着生活的品味和格调，利索的线条和现代的手法，呈现了一个极简的灰调空间，舒适的配色彰显业主沉稳、静谧的居家风格。

The matching cloakroom and the main bathroom of the master bedroom show the taste and style of life. The sharp lines and modern techniques present a simple gray space. The comfortable color matching shows the owner’s calm and quiet home style.

男孩房

在清晰的层次中呈现出与众不同的高级温馨感，做成干湿分离玻璃卫生间，增加采光和空间层次，大胆加入跳跃湖蓝色，并将金属和玻璃交错运用于空间中，突破传统局限打造全新卧室风格。

The boy’s room presents a distinctive high-level warm feeling in the clear level. The bathroom is made into a glass bathroom with dry and wet separation. The lighting and space levels are increased. The jumping lake blue is boldly added, and the metal and glass are interlaced in the space to break through the traditional limitations and create a new bedroom style.
