本案河与墅上叠户型，业主喜欢富有韵味的中式风格，喜欢空间宽敞通透，常住人口三人，因此户型对于空间来说较为宽敞。设计师马斌基于业主背景对空间重新组合，通过比例尺度、材质质感与造型简洁的手法，灵活思维运用各个环节中，让设计与优质人居完美融合。

In this case, the owners like the charming Chinese style and the spacious and transparent space. There are three permanent residents, so the house type is more spacious for the space. Based on the background of the owner, designer Ma Bin recombines the space, and uses flexible thinking in all aspects by means of scale, texture and concise modeling, so as to make the design and high-quality residential perfect integration.

南北通透，通风、采光良好，房间面积宽敞好利用。但其楼梯踏步较高，上下楼梯较为陡峭，二层三层空间格局基于户型设计各个功能配房面积不合理，需要重新规划布局。

The original structure is transparent from north to south, with good ventilation and lighting. The room is spacious and easy to use. However, the stair steps are high, the stairs are steep, and the space pattern of the second and third floors is based on the house type design. The area of each function room is unreasonable, so the layout needs to be re planned.

一层改变原有门厅布局，使门厅在通透的同时又具有装饰效果，打破视线阻隔，客餐厅南北通透，视野开阔。喧闹的尘世里，追寻大隐隐于市的气质，寻一处静谧，独享一份清欢。

On the first floor, the layout of the original foyer is changed to make the foyer transparent and decorative at the same time. The foyer breaks the barrier of sight, and the guest restaurant is transparent from north to South with wide vision. In the noisy world, the pursuit of hermit in the city of temperament, looking for a quiet, enjoy a Qinghuan.

新中式的客餐厅，透过每一个窥窗都能看到一处别致的小景。楼梯下的枯山水有高有低，墙上的微派建筑挂画有远有近，空间透过优雅的线条串联，婉转悠远间将气质传达，在尘封时光的低吟浅唱旁驻足，依稀聆得一曲动人的歌谣轻轻回荡。

The new Chinese style restaurant can see a unique small view through every window. The dry landscape under the stairs is high and low, the wall of micro architecture hanging painting is far and near, the space through elegant lines, gently around the distance to convey temperament, in the dust sealed time of low singing next to stop, listen to a moving song gently.

厨房与餐厅统一的原木配色带来自然的温润感，空间、时间、自然得到紧密的融合，与素雅的客厅相融又带着界限感，落地窗将美景框进室内，与清雅的风格呼应着，使室内与室外产生链接带来舒适的意蕴。

The uniform log color matching of kitchen and dining room brings natural warmth, space, time and nature are closely integrated, and it blends with the simple and elegant living room with a sense of boundary. Floor to ceiling windows frame the beautiful scenery into the room, echoing with the elegant style, making the indoor and outdoor have a link, bringing comfortable meaning.

将北边露台部分纳入室内，打造集品茗与读书一体的空间，满足业主既能休闲又能偶尔指导孩子功课的功能空间。窗棂氤氲，沉香缭绕，有涌动的光影和微凉的晨气伏于窗下，一方净地，独享清乐。

The North terrace will be incorporated into the room to create a space integrating tea and reading, so as to meet the needs of owners who can not only relax but also occasionally guide children’s homework. The window lattice is dense and fragrant, with surging light and cool morning air under the window.

主卧室重组衣帽间与卫生间动线，让空间更加方正，利用率更高。独有的空间层高，加入传统的木梁元素，让空间更沉稳大气，通透开阔，使用不同材质与组合方式相互搭配，传递平衡互补的空间感受。

The master bedroom is designed as a suite, with warm layout. As the private space of the master, it mainly focuses on functionality and practical comfort. There is no ceiling lamp, and it is decorated with a complete set of warm and soft cloth art, which makes the romance extend infinitely.

女儿房典雅又温馨的配色，让室内气韵缱绻相融。富丽贵气流露于一言一行，修为涵养见于细微之处。甄选的配饰结合背景氛围灯带，营造优雅温柔的空间气质。诗意栖居，时光的呢喃呓语婉转回荡。

材质的转化，丰富层次感，加强整体空间的延展性的同时又不失家庭的温馨感。新中式呈现人文雅致，抚平都市人浮躁的内心，勾起人们对美好的向往。重组空间功能，于都市中为心灵寻一处静谧，独享一份清欢。

The matching cloakroom and the main bathroom of the master bedroom show the taste and style of life. The sharp lines and modern techniques present a simple gray space. The comfortable color matching shows the owner’s calm and quiet home style.
