本案南湖艺境顶复户型，三世同堂儿女双全，小朋友由爷爷奶奶照顾。设计师王楠及团队深入了解屋主生活习惯，以现代简约的手法打造洁净大气又温馨舒适的都市港湾。让夫妻俩在繁忙的工作之余找到久违的惬意与安宁，让父母与孩子尽享天伦之乐承载时光的丰盈。

In this case, the Nanhu art scene is a top complex house with three generations of children, and two children are taken care of by grandparents. The designer Wang Nan and his team have a deep understanding of the owner’s living habits, and use modern and simple methods to create a clean, warm and comfortable urban harbor. Let the husband and wife find the long lost comfort and peace after their busy work, let the parents and children enjoy the happiness of family and bear the abundance of time.

南北通透，通风、采光良好，承重墙少，便于空间改造。客厅挑空，拥有四个比较大的露台。但其没有楼梯，每个空间面积小房间多，格局基于复式户型设计，各个功能配房面积配比不合理，需要重新规划。

The original structure is transparent from north to south, with good ventilation and lighting, less load-bearing walls, which is convenient for space transformation. The living room is empty and has four large balconies. But it has no stairs, each space area is small, and there are many rooms. The pattern is based on the duplex house type design, and the area ratio of each function room is unreasonable, so it needs to be re planned.

设计之初做了空间上的重新规划，一层把南露台给到客厅区域，让客厅变得更加宽敞明亮。楼梯安置在客厅对面，在客厅和楼梯之间做一组电视柜，两边过道，这一造型不仅能起到空间之间承上启下的作用，还能让空间之间产生互动性。

At the beginning of the design, the space was redesigned, and the south terrace was given to the living room area on the first floor, making the living room more spacious and bright. The stairs are arranged opposite the living room. A set of TV cabinets are made between the living room and the stairs. The two sides of the aisle can not only play the role of connecting the space and connecting the space, but also making the space interactive.

浅杏色的质朴沙发搭配同色系优雅挂画，简洁的电视柜轻盈而素美，剥离了不必要的外在修饰，去除杂质。简阔的空间尺度却盛载时光的丰盈，保留本真，重返生活本质。Light apricot plain sofa with the same color elegant hanging picture, simple TV cabinet light and simple beauty, stripping the unnecessary external decoration, remove impurities, simple and broad space scale but full of time, retain the true, return to the essence of life.

北面小露台给厨房，做成开放式厨房并具备中西厨两种功能，满足女主人烹饪的爱好。以最柔和的大地配色搭配最真实的大理石纹理，巧妙地增添了餐厅的情调氛围，打造了一个舒适优雅的就餐环境。

男孩房简约却不失童真，舒适的床品及艺术摆件，让整个空间惬意又不失趣味性。灰色调中湛蓝点缀，青春激昂少年的人生，从此刻开始变得耀眼又美好。

女儿房内藕粉色与高级灰碰撞，理性的克制中多了温柔的细腻之感。几何图形拼接的个性地毯散发着材质本身的纹理和质感，张扬的青春气息扑面，自由自在乐享当下。

老人房简约纯粹，稳重的深色系营造出舒适宁静的氛围，不对称的灯饰和故意倾斜安放的挂画，用心的小细节总能让我们在城市生活中，体味到一些别样的惊喜，略去浮躁让温暖净化情绪。The old people’s house is simple and pure. The stable dark color department creates a comfortable and quiet atmosphere. The asymmetric lighting and deliberately inclined hanging paintings, and the attentive small details can always make us experience some other surprises in the city life, omit the impetuosity, and let us warm and purify our mood.

二层南露台留给了主卧，让主卧空间增大，配套功能区更加完善。原露台整面墙做衣柜，增加收纳功能。对面是化妆台与电视柜相结合的功能区，主卧整个空间采用回字形动线，日常行为更便利生活品质更舒适。

The south terrace on the second floor is reserved for the master bedroom, which increases the master bedroom space and improves the supporting functional area. The whole wall of the original terrace is used as a wardrobe to increase the storage function. On the opposite side is the functional area combining the dressing table and the TV cabinet. The whole space of the master bedroom adopts the zigzag moving line, which makes the daily behavior more convenient and the quality of life more comfortable.

北露台一部分给进室内，把这个空间作为起居室，早晨起来坐在这里看看书，打开手机看看新闻，或者在阳台浇浇花，放慢脚步，美好幸福的一天从此时此刻开始。

Part of the North terrace is used as the living room. When you get up in the morning, sit here and read books, turn on your mobile phone to read the news, or water the flowers on the balcony. Slow down. A happy day begins at this moment.

整体空间采用原色护墙板、艺术漆、金属条三种材质，凸显空间气质不失温馨感。黑白灰格的格调让时尚与经典碰撞，简约的手法还原生活的本质，时间之外，内心之中，让生活去承载时光的丰盈。

The matching cloakroom and the main bathroom of the master bedroom show the taste and style of life. The sharp lines and modern techniques present a simple gray space. The comfortable color matching shows the owner’s calm and quiet home style.
