本案科为城墅下叠户型，设计师王清玉极其团队深入了解屋主喜好，以美式风格为主人性化设计切入实际生活，打造舒适的多功能性空间，将生活的仪式感带入极致的体验中，让生活明朗日子有趣。

This case is a stacked house type of City villa. The designer Wang Qingyu and her team have a deep understanding of the owner’s preferences. The humanized design based on American style cuts into the real life, creates a comfortable multi-functional space, brings the ritual sense of life into the ultimate experience, and reinterprets the life style and attitude.

整体户型较规整，空间可改造性强，一楼采光、通风性好。但其负一楼采光较差，层高低，一楼书房面积小，空间不足，二楼布局不合理，浪费使用面积，设计便以此改造布局规划。

The original structure of the whole house is more regular, the space can be transformed, the first floor lighting, ventilation is good. However, the lighting of the first floor is poor, the floor is high and low, the study area of the first floor is small, the space is insufficient, the layout of the second floor is unreasonable, and the use area is wasted.

负一层设计充分利用空间结构打造休闲健身区，生活志趣的诠释得益于各种优质材料、触手可及的品质感，梳理空间动线，不同情境下实现多样场景化体验。The lower level design makes full use of the space structure to create a leisure and fitness area. The interpretation of life interest benefits from a variety of high-quality materials and a sense of quality within reach. It combs the space movement and realizes a variety of scene experience in different situations.

原本一楼狭小的书房安置在负一层，结合健身区与休闲厅将功能打造的更全面。

材质上粗扩的岩石营造返璞归真的境界，空间简洁明晰的线条带来得体有度的优雅生活。

Originally, the narrow study on the first floor was placed on the first floor, combining the fitness area with the leisure hall to create a more comprehensive function. The rough expanded rock in the material creates a state of returning to nature, and the simple and clear lines in the space bring a decent and elegant life.

由于原本户型厨房面积较小，为满足功能需求做了中西厨的设计，有一个便餐台在厨房的一隅。功能上考虑将水槽下的残渣粉碎机、烤箱等设备美观收纳摆放。遵循空间属性，营造温馨就餐环境。Due to the small area of the original kitchen, in order to meet the functional needs of the Chinese and western kitchen design, there is a buffet table in the corner of the kitchen. In terms of function, the residue crusher, oven and other equipment under the sink should be stored and placed aesthetically. Follow the spatial attributes to create a warm dining environment.

客厅采用嵌入式石膏吊顶，搭配精致的吊灯，营造出一种怀旧、浪漫的感觉。以大理石作为地面装饰材料，光泽感佳。在沙发区铺上大幅花纹地毯，使空间区域划分更加清晰。复古造型的组合沙发茶几极具上乘质感，让美式古典风格得以进一步的彰显。

The living room adopts embedded gypsum ceiling, with exquisite chandeliers, creating a nostalgic and romantic feeling. Marble is used as the ground decoration material, with good luster. In the sofa area, a large pattern carpet is paved to make the space area division more clear. The combination sofa coffee table with retro modeling has excellent texture, which further highlights the American classical style.

主卧室打造套房模式，布置较为温馨。作为主人的私密空间，主要以功能性和实用舒适为考虑的重点，不设顶灯，温馨柔软的成套布艺来装点，让浪漫无限蔓延。

The master bedroom is designed as a suite, with warm layout. As the private space of the master, it mainly focuses on functionality and practical comfort. There is no ceiling lamp, and it is decorated with a complete set of warm and soft cloth art, which makes the romance extend infinitely.

主卧配套的衣帽间与主卫，优雅的线条带来干练硬朗的质感，一目了然的功能区让生活舒心惬意。不着痕迹的设计就像优雅琴谱上添加金属的音符，让其有内涵而不张扬的气质无处不散发在空间每个角落。

The master bedroom is equipped with a cloakroom and a main bathroom. The elegant lines bring a strong sense of competence, and the functional area at a glance makes life comfortable. The design without trace is like adding metal notes to the elegant piano score, which makes it have connotation without publicity and radiate everywhere in every corner of the space.

儿童房的设计色彩丰富，给人灿烂富足的居住感受。甄选饰品的点缀，是对每一个家庭温暖生活的呼应。设计在有限的空间发挥着无限可能，呈现多样生活方式。光和爱贯穿着整个家，生活明朗，万物可爱。

The matching cloakroom and the main bathroom of the master bedroom show the taste and style of life. The sharp lines and modern techniques present a simple gray space. The comfortable color matching shows the owner’s calm and quiet home style.
