本案为曲江公馆顶复户型，业主为一对年轻的夫妻，二人均有出国留学经历，夫妻二人追求新颖个性的方案、不追求对称、家里有老人。设计师曲森根据夫妻二人要求，采用新型材料，对空间整体改造、装修风格别具一格。

The case involved a young couple who had studied abroad. The couple wanted to pursue a novel and individual plan. They did not seek symmetry. There were old people in the family. Designer Qu Sen, according to the requirements of the husband and wife, used new materials to transform the space as a whole, and the decoration style is unique.

原始结构南北通透，通风、采光良好，房间面积宽敞好利用。二楼露台可搭建，便于空间改造。一楼入户门厅太小。原始楼梯间可进一步利用改造。二楼露台搭建地面有高度差。原始露台斜面墙体不可拆除。

入户玄关设计层次感强，把人从工作的繁忙过渡到生活的温馨，空间留白扩大视觉效果。黑色背景油画点缀空间色彩，增加视觉冲击。

The entrance hall has a strong sense of hierarchy, which transforms people from busy work to the warmth of life, and enlarges the visual effect of space space. The black background oil painting embellishes the space color, increases the visual impact.

一楼整体布局重新规划，客厅与开放式厨房相邻扩大空间，模糊各个功能区界线，增加互动性促进情感交流。落地窗设计采光好，引入室外风景扩大视觉。L 形沙发合理利用空间实用性强、舒适。在这里放下工作烦恼享受生活的悠闲。

The overall layout of the ground floor has been rearranged. The living room and the open kitchen are adjacent to each other to enlarge the space. Floor-to-ceiling windows are designed to provide good daylighting and expand the vision by introducing outdoor scenery. L-shaped SOFA is practical and comfortable in rational use of space. It’s a place to lay off work, relax, and enjoy life.

楼梯作为点睛之笔重新做改造，位置进行了左右调换，悬空楼梯的设计与通高的墙面书柜完美地结合在一起，使得楼梯不再单纯的只是上下楼，增加了一定的趣味性。

书房是办公室的延伸，也是家庭生活的一部分，在家庭环境中处于独特地位。墙面留白，让人安静神宁。定制高级书柜，体现稳重大气。柜台和 L 形书桌相连，合理使用空间，增添实用性。飘窗设计保障充足的光源，引入窗外景色，衬托书房静谧。

The study is an extension of the office and a part of family life, in a unique position in the family environment.

The white space on the walls is calming.

CUSTOM-MADE HIGH-GRADE BOOKCASE reflects stable atmosphere.

The counter is connected to the l-shaped desk, which makes the rational use of the space more practical.

Bay Window design to ensure adequate light source, the introduction of the window scenery set off the quiet study.

钢琴房过道做了踏步的设计，增加空间层次感。进入钢琴房，指尖在琴键上划过，一个个音符从中蹦出，它们都在诉说生活的美好。

Piano Room corridor to do a step design, add a sense of spatial hierarchy.

Into the piano room, fingertips across the keys, a note from which pop out, they are telling the good life.

休闲区玻璃隔断上方做了局部玻璃砖点缀，原始梁体没有做过多的修饰，原始露台没有全部做搭建，保留了部分室外空间，室内室外也做了结合互动增强生活趣味性。这里悠然自得，回归最真实自我。

卧室是休息区，舒适、方便是业主最为看重。设计师对原始墙体的改造使得二楼拥有宽敞舒适的大主卧及独立的衣帽间和宽敞独立的卫生间。墙面留白扩大视觉效果，高级灰提升房间质感，彰显屋主生活格调。一天在这里结束也在这里开始。站在阳台观望外面的世界，一股惬意油然而生。
