本案紫薇永和坊四层别墅，居住着幸福的三代人。设计师苏小明用简洁明快的线条极好地理顺了空间的秩序，不仅给空间带来视觉上的层次感，更丰富了家的静谧优雅气息，用张弛有度的线条体块关系，打造一个时尚大气的硬朗家，在精致的品质感之中寻求别墅生活独特的奢华与舒适。

In this case, the four-storey villa of Ziwei yonghefang is inhabited by three generations of happy people. Designer Su Xiaoming uses simple and bright lines to smooth the order of the space. It not only brings a sense of visual hierarchy to the space, but also enriches the quiet and elegant atmosphere of the home. With the relaxant lines and blocks, it creates a fashionable and strong home, seeking the unique luxury and comfort of Villa life in the exquisite texture.

一层南向采光很好，客厅空间是挑空，很有空间气势。

二、三层房间布局方正且南北采光通风都很好。

一层进户比较暗不开阔，且划分很多小功能区，功能划分比较老套，楼梯空间采光偏暗，整体一层公共活动区缺少别墅所具备的生活气息和大空间功能布局。

负一层地下室只有一个采光井，采光暗通风差。

The South lighting of the first floor is very good, the living room space is empty, very space momentum. The rooms on the second and third floors are well arranged with good lighting and ventilation from north to south. The first floor is dark and not open, and it is divided into many small functional areas. The function division is old-fashioned, the lighting of stair space is dark, and the public activity area on the whole first floor lacks the living atmosphere and large space functional layout of villa. There is only one lighting well in the basement of the first floor, which is dark and has poor ventilation.

原始功能划分很老套的客餐厅区域，被巧妙改造打开。

用简洁的线条勾勒出空间的精髓，利用线形的粗细刚柔与黑白体块色系过度等细节变化，让核心区界限模糊却动线合理。

摆脱厚重的软饰，让简约的格调盛放生活的故事，这里优雅前卫而又留白自由。

The original function division is very old-fashioned guest restaurant area, which is cleverly transformed and opened. With simple lines to outline the essence of space, the use of linear thick and thin rigid and soft and black and white block color system of excessive detail changes, so that the core area boundary fuzzy but moving line reasonable. Get rid of the heavy soft decoration, let the simple style bloom the story of life, here elegant avant-garde and blank free.

被改造格局的客厅视觉上的通透感让心情开阔舒畅，不设繁杂的装饰，整体自然工整。白色大理石的质感凸显极简的设计，悬浮的电视背景墙别具一格，延展的线条让空间有一种简单的雅致，素静的贵气。

The visual transparency of the reconstructed living room makes the mood open and comfortable. There is no complicated decoration. The whole room is natural and neat. The random or orderly combination of various lines opens a world full of exquisite and clear meaning. After the suspended marble background wall, there is a hidden restaurant area. The separated and undivided open vision brings about a variety of effects, and links with the open kitchen. 卧室进门区在墙面打造隐形一体式收纳，让空间更加整洁敞亮。胡桃木延伸至床头背景，既横向拉伸了空间感，又给空间添加了不少温度感。

床头整面的线条质感与垂线窗帘遥相呼应，这种简约而有力的“线条感”带给空间沉稳安宁的力量。

The bedroom entrance area creates invisible integrated storage on the wall, making the space more clean and bright.
