新城玺樾骊府下叠户型，三口之家，二人育有一女。

女业主喜欢简洁大方的现代风格，喜欢空间宽敞通透，设计师苏怡人对业主的喜好及日常生活习惯做深入了解，结合现代化的居家元素，为业主呈现一个温馨、质雅的室内空间。

In this case, Xincheng xiyueli mansion is a family of three, two of whom have a daughter. Female owners like simple and generous modern style and spacious and transparent space. Designer Su Yiren has a deep understanding of the owners’ preferences and daily living habits, combined with modern home elements, to present a warm and elegant interior space for the owners.

原始结构南北通透，通风、采光良好，房间面积宽敞好利用。承重墙少，便于空间改造。但其地下两层采光不良，负二楼天井区域地梁较高，且原始楼梯间空间局促光线差，因此设计便着重解决结构功能布局等问题。

The original structure is transparent from north to south, with good ventilation and lighting. The room is spacious and easy to use. Less load-bearing wall, convenient for space transformation. However, the lighting of the two underground floors is poor, the ground beam of the lower second floor patio area is high, and the original staircase space is limited and the light is poor, so the design focuses on solving the problems of structural function layout.

负二层结构采光差，搭建时做出一个弧形挑空，既让阳光可以从天井洒下来，又使得视觉效果美观优雅。空间在观感上极度整齐划一，大地色系主调贯穿，点缀湖蓝沙发，高挑的空间明朗又舒适。

The negative second floor structure has poor daylighting. When it is built, it makes an arc-shaped space, which not only allows the sunlight to fall down from the patio, but also makes the visual effect beautiful and elegant. The space is extremely neat and uniform in appearance. The main tone of the earth color system runs through, and the lake blue sofa is embellished. The tall space is bright and comfortable.

利用结构打造一方安静茶室，嵌入式柜体融合了金属色的光，亮化没有采光的区域。延续沙发的湖蓝色，背景装饰画成为素雅空间的神来之色，张扬而不夸张，生动地发出柔和又浓艳的光芒。

The structure is used to create a quiet tea room. The embedded cabinet integrates metal light to lighten the area without lighting. The lake blue of the sofa is continued. The background decoration painting becomes the God color of the simple and elegant space. It is publicized without exaggeration and vividly emits soft and rich light.

搭建的负一层，提升空间的开放性，打造专属阅读，休闲的场景生活。

在整个空间中，湖蓝色的运用大胆而灵活，不但是对现代风格家居的遵循，也是个性的展示。

金属线条装饰搭配莫兰迪大地色墙面，简约的中性色，尽显高级感。

Build a negative layer, enhance the openness of the space, create exclusive reading, leisure scene life. In the whole space, the use of lake blue bold and flexible, not only to follow the modern style of home, but also the display of personality. Metal line decoration with Morandi earth color wall, simple neutral color, full of advanced sense.

搭建的这一层与负二公区形成无阻碍的互动，金属线条和线性灯光，无一不是细节的精致彰显，人字拼的温润木地板让阅读氛围温馨舒适自由，柔和的氛围灯光，光影下的摆件都显得格外优雅。

The metal lines and linear lighting are all exquisite details. The herringbone warm wood floor makes the reading atmosphere more warm, comfortable and free. The soft atmosphere lighting and the ornaments under the light and shadow are all very elegant.

一层客厅通过深浅色彩与陈设的搭配，点对点的精细，整体与细部的勾连，对应出沉稳、优雅的主人公形象。材质的碰撞，层次分明的线条述说着空间的张力，轻奢质感描绘出时尚优雅的生活蓝图。

The living room on the first floor, through the collocation of deep and light colors and soft furnishings, the point-to-point delicacy and the connection between the whole and the details, corresponds to a calm and elegant image of the hero. The collision of materials, the layered lines describe the tension of space, and the light luxury texture depicts a fashionable and elegant life blueprint.

餐厅与开放式厨房相连，让做饭与每日的餐食都变成增进感情的场所，陪伴与互动让家人的感情升温。延续整体空间的主色调和线条美感，每一餐的仪式感在优雅的环境中体现。

The restaurant is connected with the open kitchen, so that cooking and daily meals become a place to enhance feelings. The company and interaction make the family’s feelings warm up, continue the main color of the whole space and harmonize the aesthetic feeling of lines. The ritual sense of each meal is reflected in the elegant environment.

主卧配色以蓝白灰为主色调，配以点缀色，简洁大方的同时不失家庭的温馨感。在材质的选用上，以乳胶漆和混油肤感漆的木作为主，点缀金属线条，温和的同时又不会太闷。功能配套齐全，具有衣帽间、书桌、梳妆台、开放式的主卫生间，让生活便捷舒心。

The main bedroom color is mainly blue and white gray, with the embellishment color simple and generous, and at the same time, the warmth of the family. 把两个原设计的功能区进行改造，使得女儿房空间更宽阔，冰川与珊瑚粉邂逅就好似天真的少女，与沉稳的魅力女性的性格互补，性感与理性交织与融合，完美演绎出一种少女以上熟女未满的半熟情调，诱惑着感官与视觉，奉上一场优雅轻奢的盛宴。

The two functional areas of the original design are transformed to make the daughter’s room more spacious. The encounter between glacier and coral powder is like an innocent girl. It complements the personality of calm and charming women, and interweaves and integrates sexuality and rationality. It perfectly deduces a semi mature sentiment of more than a girl, tempts the senses and vision, and presents an elegant and luxurious feast.

规划一间私密别致优雅的日式风茶室，

晨光熹微，天上几朵云飘过，桌上的绿叶伸着懒腰，在呼吸中舒展最娉婷的状态，静静感受细碎的美好。

以优雅舒适的基底展开对空间场域的探索与想象，通过艺术的语言呈现丰富的视觉享受和情感体验，让爱在空间的滋养中无声蔓延。

Plan a private and elegant Japanese style tea house. In the morning light, a few clouds are floating in the sky, and the green leaves on the table stretch out to stretch the most graceful state in breathing, so as to feel the fine beauty quietly. The exploration and imagination of space field is carried out on the basis of elegant and comfortable, and rich visual enjoyment and emotional experience are presented through artistic language, so that love spreads silently in the nourishment of space.
