本案为雅居乐御宾府平层户型，业主为三口之家，一个活泼可爱的女儿在上幼儿园，偶尔有双方父母来短暂居住。男主和女主都是东北人，性格开朗豪爽，喜欢硬朗的线条，喜欢深色的色调。基于对业主生活习性的深入了解，设计师王强以灰度搭配营造舒适闲逸的居家氛围，以现代的手法创建一个时尚潮流又温馨有爱的新居。

This case is a flat floor apartment of Yaju Le Yubin mansion. The owner is a family of three. A lively and lovely daughter is in kindergarten. Occasionally, both parents come to live for a short time. The main color of northeast people is bright and forthright, and the main color of women is bold and forthright. Based on the in-depth understanding of the owner’s living habits, the designer Wang Qiang creates a comfortable and leisurely home atmosphere with gray matching, and creates a fashionable, warm and loving new house with modern methods.

△原始户型南北通透，整体通风采光非常不错。

客餐厅开间大，3 间卫生间可同时满足居住者各自的需求。

承重墙体不多，满足客户改造的需求，所有阳台可以利用，封窗户后增加室内空间面积。但其门厅空间虽大，但储物不足。原始客卫空间小，原厨房空间也不足，原主卧室卫生间与衣帽间布局不合理，顶面梁体多错落复杂需要合理处理。

The original house is transparent from north to south, and the overall ventilation and lighting are very good. The dining room is large, and the three bathrooms can meet the needs of the residents at the same time. There are not many load-bearing walls to meet the needs of customers, all balconies can be used, and the indoor space area can be increased after sealing the windows. But the hall space is large, but the storage is insufficient. The original guest bathroom space is small, the original kitchen space is also insufficient, the original master bedroom bathroom and cloakroom layout is unreasonable, the top beam body is more scattered and complex, which needs reasonable treatment.

客厅区域用深色墙板和柜子，白色顶，暖色的灯光，配以金属质感的家具，现代气息里透着高贵。大大的落地窗引进充足的光线，打造明亮的视觉效果，和谐的色调使得整个空间呈现出优雅而大气的美感。Living room area with dark wallboard and cupboard, white top, warm color light, with metal texture furniture, modern atmosphere with noble. Large French windows introduce sufficient light to create a bright visual effect. The harmonious tone makes the whole space present elegant and atmospheric beauty.

餐厅与厨房区域做了功能调整，把没有封闭的阳台全部纳入室内空间，把厨房原窗户去掉，做出一个环绕动线。原始厨房变为中厨，原餐厅及阳台作为西厨和餐厅，原保姆间及部分阳台调整为独立书房。西厨、中厨的环绕动线便捷到书房，同时增加了厨房的通风及采光。

The dining room and the kitchen area have made the overall functional adjustment, including all the balconies that are not closed into the indoor space, removing the original windows of the kitchen and making a surrounding moving line. The original kitchen has become a Chinese kitchen, the original dining room and balcony are used as western kitchen and dining room, and the original nanny room and some balconies are adjusted into an independent study. The surrounding moving line of western kitchen and Chinese kitchen is convenient to the study, and at the same time, it increases the convenience of the kitchen Ventilation and lighting.

主卧室以灰色为基调，浅灰色床品与条纹绒质地毯，展现简约的线条美观美感，营造一个温润优雅的休憩空间。

主卧室衣帽间扩大了，占用原卫生间的位置。由于卫生间采光不足，墙面采用浅色的大理石砖，白色防水乳胶漆顶面，深色的地面，突出整体的层次感高级感。

The main bedroom is dominated by gray, light gray bedding and striped velvet carpet, showing simple and modern lines and aesthetic feeling, creating a warm and elegant rest space.

The cloakroom of the master bedroom is expanded, occupying the position of the original toilet. Due to the lack of daylighting in the toilet, the walls are made of light colored marble bricks, white waterproof latex paint top, and dark ground, highlighting the overall sense of hierarchy and high level.

女儿房充分利用原阳台面积，归纳进室内整体空间瞬间变大，配合富有童趣的床头柜造型，女孩子喜欢的粉色调，空间与色彩完美的相结合，薄荷绿邂逅珊瑚粉，让甜美的梦守护纯真的心健康长大。

The daughter’s room makes full use of the area of the original balcony, sums up the whole indoor space, and instantly becomes larger. With the childlike bedside table modeling, girls like the pink tone, and the perfect combination of space and color, mint green meets coral powder, so that sweet dreams can protect the innocent heart and grow up healthily.

将保姆间改造成独立书房，现今男主人使用，待女儿长大后供其学习使用，预设性设计为家的成长预留空间。

干净利落的线条和完美的配色，阐释了家居的艺术美学，打造出一个现代都市的生活空间，让爱与家一起成长。

The nanny room will be transformed into an independent study, which is now used by the male owner. When the daughter grows up, it will be used for learning. The preset design reserves space for the growth of the home.

The clean lines and perfect color matching explain the art aesthetics of home furnishing, create a modern urban living space, and let love grow with home.
