汉华原上，三层联排别墅，设计师王楠用专业的设计解决核心功能诉求，满足其居住并提升其生活品质，以现代的手法打造纯净的空间。

柔软的家居，温和的光线，营造轻松的家庭氛围，居住者才是空间的主角，舒适放松牵挂才是真正的港湾。

In this case, Hanhua villa is a three story townhouse. The designer Wang Nan uses professional design to solve the core function demands, meet their living and improve their quality of life, and create a pure space with modern methods. Soft home, gentle light, create a relaxed family atmosphere, the residents are the protagonist of the space, comfortable and relaxed care is the real harbor.

原始结构一层居住功能不足，动线规划不完整。

二层储物功能不足，居住功能不明确。

三层使用动线不合理。

解决功能需求，一层需要增加老人房、西橱功能，二层保留两间卧室及储物功能，三楼需要保留主卧及书房，用设计的手段创建舒适人居。

The residential function of the first floor of the original structure is insufficient, and the planning of the moving line is incomplete. The second floor is lack of storage function, the residential function is not clear, the third floor is not reasonable, to solve the functional needs, the first floor needs to increase the old man’s room, the West cabinet function, the second floor needs to retain two bedrooms and storage function, the third floor needs to retain the master bedroom and study, with the means of design to create comfortable and livable.

一楼院子景观是休闲放松主要的视角，将过道尺寸做了外延搭建，增加老人房与西厨功能，让老人房视线动线更便利，楼梯尺寸缩小，预留更多空间给西橱和餐厅，环形的动线也保证小空间多人多功能使用的舒适度。

The courtyard landscape on the first floor is the main perspective of leisure and relaxation. The corridor size is extended to increase the function of the old people’s room and western kitchen, so that the sight line of the old people’s room is more convenient. The stair size is reduced, and more space is reserved for the western cupboard and restaurant. The circular moving line also ensures the comfort of multi-functional use of small space.

为了能让空间感受更宽敞，视野更开阔，改用大的落地玻璃，整体艺术水泥墙面，简洁的灯光做空间延展。

客厅围坐的家具形式，以功能去挖掘它应有的形式，为家人营造更多交流的氛围，克制的去表达，生活自有它的诗意与安然。

In order to make the space feel more spacious and have a wider vision, we use large floor glass, integral art cement wall and simple lighting to extend the space. The furniture form of sitting around the living room excavates its proper form with its function, creates more communication atmosphere for the family, and expresses its poetic and peaceful life with restraint.

合理动线后增加的西厨区域和导台，让餐厅有了相聚的仪式感，更被赋予多重可能性，这里可以是相聚，可以是独处，可以是三三两两，亦可以是独享午后，厨房透过的阳光，与食物一起散发着诱人的香气，生活也变得香甜可人。

The western kitchen area and the guide platform added after the reasonable moving line give the restaurant a sense of ceremony of gathering and multiple possibilities. It can be gathering, alone, in twos and threes, or enjoying the sunshine in the kitchen in the afternoon. With the food, the restaurant exudes an attractive aroma, and life becomes sweet and pleasant.

弥补空间的功能不足，做出取舍保留主卧与书房套间形式。

任何时刻舒适性和方便是设计的前提。

休息区的静谧与精致散发着诗意的浪漫，夜幕欲袭，黄昏还挣扎在最后一线，几本书，一杯下午茶，迎接它的来临，也在迎接新一天的开始。

Make up for the lack of space function, make a choice, keep the master bedroom and study suite form, comfort and convenience at any time is the premise of the design, the quiet and exquisite rest area exudes poetic romance, the night is about to attack, dusk is still struggling in the last line, a few books, a cup of tea, to welcome its arrival, but also to welcome the beginning of a new day.

男孩房与女孩房都以简约温暖的格调为主，私密的空间气质让休息和生活习惯上都有充分的独立自主性。小小的阅读灯，晕染了艺术气息柔和了氛围，在睡前安心读一本书，成长的路上给予充分的尊重，爱的形态聚拢又分散。

Boys room and girls room are simple and warm style, private space temperament let rest and living habits have full independence. Small reading lamp, halo dye the artistic atmosphere, soften the atmosphere, before going to bed to read a book, grow up on the road to give full respect, the form of love gathered and scattered.

老人房将空间的沉稳游刃有余的体现出来，室内的盎然绿植与户外的光景让人心情舒适，惬意向往。这个私密安静的角落，让人摈弃生活的繁杂感受安详，每一处都是柔和、平衡的元素，深居简出舒适放松而又牵挂满满，家的意义便是如此。

The old people’s room reflects the calmness and ease of the space. The indoor green plants and outdoor scenery make people feel comfortable and yearning. This private and quiet corner makes people abandon the complexity of life and feel peaceful. Every place is a soft and balanced element. It’s simple, comfortable, relaxed and full of care. That’s the meaning of home.
