设计师马斌结合业主喜好以现代的手法为其做空间规划，让人体会到其巧妙的实用性，业主的生活方式在享受艺术性和美感之间，感受住宅的融洽氛围。

The owner of this case is young and promising. The male owner likes the simple and generous modern style, and the space is spacious and transparent. The female owner is gentle, knowledgeable, and likes fashion elements. Ma Bin, the designer of Blu ray park’s top compound apartment, combined with the owner’s preference, makes space planning for it with modern methods, which makes people realize its ingenious practicability. The owner’s lifestyle is enjoying artistry and beauty, and feeling the harmonious atmosphere of the house.

一层结构南北通透，通风、采光良好，承重墙少，便于空间改造，但其门厅餐厅厨房空间不明确且原始楼梯间空间局促光线差，通过重新规划去掉不必要的房间使得公共空间最大化。

The structure of the first floor is transparent from north to south, with good ventilation and lighting, less load-bearing walls, which is convenient for space transformation. However, the kitchen space of the hall dining room is unclear, and the space of the original stairwell is limited and the light is poor. By re planning, unnecessary rooms are removed to maximize the public space.

艺术画作与摆件，让归家的仪式感渲染出内心的静谧感受。宽阔而舒适的距离让居家生活从进门起便安然愉悦。线条关系和灯光氛围烘托出精致而细腻的质感，玲珑心思开启屋主对美的认知与向往。

Art paintings and ornaments make the sense of returning home more peaceful. The wide and comfortable distance makes home life safe and pleasant from the entrance. The relationship between lines and lighting atmosphere set off a delicate and delicate texture, and the exquisite mind opens the owner’s cognition and yearning for beauty.

客厅

配色以黑白灰为主色调，缀以鲜活橙色，简洁大方的同时不失家庭的温馨感。中暖色调家具与窗边翠绿植物，撞色中营造出舒适静谧的氛围。复古的丝绒灰吐司椅与亮色系的沙发在一块，错落有致的摆放造型感丰富，优雅的感觉多了不少。

The color matching of living room is mainly black and white and gray, decorated with fresh orange, which is simple and generous without losing the warmth of family. Warm tone furniture and green plants beside the window create a comfortable and quiet atmosphere. 厨房与餐厅相连，是相对较明亮宽敞的场所，大理石台面餐桌和橙色凳子撞色格调十足。餐桌采用与岛台连接的方式制成，既节省空间又突出设计的巧妙。在材质的选用上以乳胶漆和混油肤感漆的木作为主，局部点缀镜面及金属线条，温和的同时又不会太闷。

将长辈房设在一层靠近客餐厅和厨卫空间，方便家中老人的起居生活，将衣食住行照顾得妥帖。此外，南向阳光充足，僻静温暖的角落能更好地休息，避免外界干扰和潮湿。

空间格局基于平层户型设计，各个功能配房面积配比不合理，需要重新规划。顶面梁体多错落复杂，需要合理处理。

设计便将两个功能区进行对掉，使得儿童房也具有南北通透的采光和通风，主卧室更大化地利用了原有的动线空间。

The second floor space pattern is based on flat floor apartment design, and the area ratio of each function room is unreasonable, which needs to be re planned. Most of the top beams are scattered and complex, which needs reasonable treatment. Design will be two functional areas off, so that the children’s room also has North-South transparent lighting and ventilation, the master bedroom greater use of the original moving space.

二楼门厅，集合洗手台、水吧台、洗衣功能等，利用其空间结构将其布置的井然有序。纯粹的灰调，让空间透出高级的气质，处处设置小景观积淀方寸之间的美好，凸显主人对精致生活的无限追求。

The hall on the second floor integrates the functions of hand washing table, water bar, laundry, etc., and uses its spatial structure to arrange it in an orderly manner. Pure gray tone, let the space show the high quality, set up small landscape everywhere, accumulate the beauty between the square inch, highlight the host’s infinite pursuit of exquisite life.

主卧室简洁大方，功能配套齐全，具有衣帽间、书桌、梳妆台、开放式的主卫生间，合理的布局让空间更通透开阔，生活舒适感倍增。

一抹清新的鼠尾草绿让人惊艳之余又契合生活的脉络，明媚一室如春，带来满屋浪漫。

The master bedroom is simple and generous with complete functions. It has a cloakroom, a desk, a dressing table and an open main bathroom.
