追寻格调品味与时代审美的共鸣，强调现代轻奢、简约新潮之感，同时将场域与美学相结合，实现屋主的“心之所向”，满足其对生活的想象与期待，塑造其心目中的完美栖息之所。

In this case, the designer Zhao Zhiyuan pursues the resonance of style taste and the aesthetic of the times, emphasizes the modern light luxury, simple and trendy feeling, and combines the field and aesthetics to realize the owner’s "aspiration", meet his imagination and expectation of life, and create a perfect habitat in his mind.

一层原始门厅区域划分不明确，采光不好，餐厅位置不明确，储物及洗衣等功能缺失。

The area division of the original hall on the first floor is not clear, the lighting is not good, the location of the restaurant is not clear, and the storage and laundry functions are missing.

设计方案

对一楼不完善的功能，通过户型设计改造，增加一个客卫生间及保姆间等功能。北向原房间进行拆除，引进采光，对门厅餐厅合理划分，整体空间的整洁度上升，少胜多。给人一种舒适和缓的感受，线性将秩序的美感延伸，阳台的吊椅将休闲漫时光娓娓传达开来。

For the original imperfect function of the first floor, a guest toilet and nanny room are added through the house type design transformation. North to the original room demolition, the introduction of daylighting, the hall restaurant reasonable division, increase storage, the overall cleanliness of the space rise, less than more to give people a comfortable and gentle feeling, linear extension of the aesthetic sense of order, balcony hanging chair will be leisure time to convey.

餐厅区以明亮的色彩拿捏整体自由与从容的气度，明媚的鹅黄带来春的鲜活气息，大片的玻璃窗将采光引进室内，让游走的光影于此对话，进一步加强户外景观与室内布局的联系。黑红白强烈色彩碰撞的餐椅，多种颜色碰撞衔接，极具时尚气息。In the dining room area, bright colors are used to control the overall freedom and calm bearing. 一楼老人房通过入户门位置的改变，利用原过道位置再造了一个卫生间，使老人房的品质感、舒适感得到提升。

在材质运用上，细节刻画上，以简约的笔触来铺陈，让生活的归属感带来稳稳的享乐之年。

通过功能重组，重新定位了主卧位置，把原浪费空间及不合理的卫生间，进行合理组合，实现了客户的主卧品质套间愿望。

自然纯真的原木色与温柔浪漫的藕粉邂逅，卧室的小情调被氤氲。

抬高的地台很好地调节空间比例，在多样的生活中，这方天地将节奏把控得刚刚好。

Through the functional reorganization, the position of the master bedroom is repositioned, and the original wasted space and unreasonable toilet are reasonably combined to realize the customer’s desire of master bedroom quality suite. The natural and pure log color meets the gentle lotus root powder, and the small mood of the bedroom is dense. The raised platform is a good way to adjust the space ratio. In a variety of life, this world controls the rhythm just right.

客户为二胎家庭，通过户型改造二楼二间儿童房也得到了合理布局。房间设计充满童趣，倚仗窗户做的童话小屋与墙面的造型相呼应，床头的公主蓬蓬纱幔与梦幻小帐篷，这个神奇的城堡用爱浇灌自由成长，一切美好事物都聚集于此。

The customer is a two child family. The two children’s rooms on the second floor have also been reasonably arranged through the house type transformation. The room design is full of children’s interest. The fairy tale cabin made by relying on the window echoes with the shape of the wall. The princess’s shawl curtain and the dream tent at the head of the bed make this magical Castle grow up freely with love. All beautiful things gather here.

巧妙利用空间为屋主规划出书房，满足日常功能需求。敢于做减法，让简洁的环境陶冶内心，用独具内涵的艺术符号彰显个性，让现代居住者在忙碌的生活与工作之余能够寻到一处诗意的栖居之所，理想生活的诗意，在此刻悄然发生。
