本案红豆美墅，业主为中年夫妇，喜欢简洁大方的现代风格，喜欢空间宽敞通透。二人育有一儿一女，兄妹俩一个上初中，一个上小学。在设计中，设计师李昂对业主的喜好及日常生活习惯做深入了解沟通，以现代的手法满足现代城市生活的内在诉求，精致的品味与自然的人文关怀，让家与爱温暖相陪。

In this case, the owner of Hongdou villa is a middle-aged couple. They like the simple and generous modern style and the spacious and transparent space. They have a son and a daughter. 300 平米叠拼户型南北通透，通风、采光比较好，点式结构，没有承重墙，可拆个性比较大，单层面积虽不大，但是功能空间划分合理，面积充足，但其柱子比较多，梁结构尺寸大，单层功能单一，改善整体空间结构，为业主带来便利舒适生活。

The 300 square meter stacked house type is transparent from north to south, with good ventilation and lighting. 正中摆放的圆桌，到顶面圆形艺术灯，“团圆”之意不断深入，辅以温润自然的木饰面，艺术画作点缀，美的维度丰富而深刻。

一餐一饭沁润时光，诗意生活围绕。

二层保留了两个孩子的房间，并对空间进行搭建，多了一个北向露台，使空间功能丰富化，配合阅读区的设计，环境舒适。

这是空间中最硬朗也最柔情的地方，父母与孩子相处陪伴互动感情升温，这日常的点滴因用心对待而变得独一无二。

On the second floor, two children’s rooms are reserved, and the space is built with a north facing terrace, which enriches the functions of the space. With the design of the reading area, the environment is comfortable. This is the strongest and most tender place in the space. Parents and children get along with each other and interact with each other, and their feelings rise. This daily bit becomes unique because of the attentive treatment.

三楼主卧简洁大方，功能配套齐全，具有衣帽间、梳妆台、宽敞的主卫，尽显生活品质。大地色系与不同层次的灰有序排布，营造出开阔明亮的起居氛围，晨间柔和天光，夜晚月色明澈，这大概就是卸下疲惫之后的生活之美。

The master bedroom on the third floor is simple and elegant, with complete functions, cloakroom, dressing table and spacious main bathroom, showing the quality of life. The orderly arrangement of the earth color system and different levels of gray creates an open and bright living atmosphere.
