设计师苏怡人运用现代轻奢的手法，营造都市雅致生活家的愿景，呈现摩登的体快感，

漫溢着舒缓安宁，平和畅达的气息，为业主打造一个契合自身生活方式的新居所。

This case is a double family under the City villa. The designer Su Yiren uses modern light luxury techniques to create the vision of an elegant urban life home, presenting modern physical pleasure, overflowing with soothing, peaceful and unobstructed atmosphere, so as to create a new residence suitable for the owner’s own life style.

主卧，在这属于自己的私密空间里，所有的感官遵从自在自得。顶面内嵌式灯带加深了体块感，绿色给人以希望，给人以青春。灰色给人以宁静，给人以安稳。当清雅的绿携手淡薄的灰，仿佛来到了海予笔下的乌托邦世界，在沉浸式感受中营造出最大的舒适度。

Master bedroom, in this private space belonging to oneself, all senses obey the freedom and contentment. The built-in light belt on the top surface deepens the sense of body mass, and green gives people hope and youth. Gray gives people peace and stability. 多层结构，下叠户型较优，房屋结构混凝土框架基础加剪力墙结构，少部分墙体属于后期砖混结构，可拆改性强，户型方正，后期空间利用率高。

The public area on the lower level is planned to be a fitness and exercise area, which pursues deeper enjoyment, perfectly integrates design with quality life, and delivers elegant life experience. The smooth metal lines skillfully divide the visual function area, and reinterpret the fusion of modern elegant luxury and art aesthetics. Time and space ferment slowly, composing a leisurely and comfortable space melody, making people feel more comfortable.

书房空间形势与用材，素雅无比却又风雅自成，构建起空间纯粹简净的视觉表现。当人注视着空间时，内心的感知亦变得沉静，与自然景观互动，听风声吹响竹叶，指尖书页翻动，思绪平静且从容。
